Horrible customer service
The product seems to be OK just came I haven t worn it but it came after two months they sent me someone else order then they had a problem fixing it Customer service sees no problem

Poor customer service
Decent underwear Not worth the cost in my opinion I understand you can t try on underwear and return it However they make it really difficult to return unopened products I would rather pay a little more for saxx which have much better customer service Won t shop with comfyballs again

Good boxers ruined by bad policies and mediocre customer support
Good boxers ruined by bad policies and mediocre customer support My experience Comfyballs had a bundle sale called 10 All Black cotton boxers 45 off original price A great deal and perfect for my needs Exept it honestly felt like a street sale scam the offer consisted of two types of boxers where one of the two types were of course sold out in my size so i couldn t complete the transaction without getting 5 boxers of a different size I really didn t care if id get black or slightly different black boxers as long as id get 10 So i send a mail to CS explaining that i cant complete the purchase because reason - and that i need boxers in a specific size Comfyballs basically replied with Sorry they re out stock wish you a good day Where the support Clearly im there in the market to get boxers why else would i hit up support for a boxer company top 10 low effort CS answers I ve seen in years Now happenstance same day 8 hours after i receive that reply black week sale goes live With a discount code that gives me THE EXACT THING I WANT Discount code for 45 off boxers i can even choose the exact ones i want from their selection I choose 10 friggin black boxers in my size big whoop Why o why wasn t this in the response from the CS rep like what the heck Doesn t marketing talk to CS didn t how did the rep not know that black week was literally 8 hours away How hard would it be to even just assist in finding proposing a similar pack even with different colors or just make an offer that would match what i was looking for this rep was 100 on autopilot After a little more digging i get another response from another CS We are unfortunately not allowed to make custom packs apart from the already premade ones on our website Clearly a damaging policy making a customer service reps unable or unwilling to assist customers There was so little effort required to make this a great shopping experience but it was ruined by bad timing bad policies and mediocre customer support I cant rely on sheer luck to give me a good shopping experience So i probably wont shop here again and ill stop recommending comfyballs to friends

Good product Poor delivery
These underpants at standard length and in comfycell cotton lyocell Lycra blend are well-fitting and supremely comfortable If bought at full price of 30 Euros per pair they would have been expensive but in this instance on offer at half price for the white ones they are good value Unfortunately the delivery time is very slow This definitely needs to be improved The order was placed on 19th August dispatched 21st August received by Deutsche Post on 29th August and delivered 2nd September Two weeks for delivery within the EEA is too slow Delivery should be from 3 to 5 days from Norway to France Furthermore there was no tracking information and Comfyballs did not immediately reply to my email enquiring about the delay I suggest the following improvements 1 Offer the customer a choice of delivery including a faster option 2 Do not use Deutsche Post if it takes 8 days for the package to be received in Germany Instead change to using Posten Norge Norwegian Postal Service so the order will be delivered in a timely manner 3 Alternatively keep a stock of products at an entrepot or a warehouse at Frankfurt Germany ready for delivery by Deutsche Post 4 Provide tracking information by sending the customer an automated email with tracking link the day of dispatch 5 Improve the customer service to reply to a customer s email promptly After nearly two weeks without delivery and without news of any progress or reply to my email I was wondering what had happened Edit 5 September 2024I initially gave a rating of 3 stars because of disappointment with the slow delivery nevertheless due to the excellence of the product I have increased to 4 stars
