Received wrong toilet seat
I ordered toilet seat according to manufacturer s Lavabo product id I received a seat from a different company Haro which didn t match the toilet - the bolts were too long toilet seat was too short and the white shade was different from the original and the toilet itself I attached detailed pictures to my reclamation but the only response I got was that I installed it incorrectly with links to videos I followed the videos with the same result obviously I tried to return the seat but was told that it cannot be returned because it was installed I sent the pictures to completvvs

One item not available
I have placed two orders the first one was delivered in 2 days and everything was ok But for the second one it turned out that the item was not available in stock and they could not tell when would have been available again Unfortunately I needed the item and could not wait Customer service was anyway very helpful and fast in replying
