Nothing is too much trouble for Concept Our NHS engineers don t make it easy for them but there drivers go above and beyond when they come to do our collections The team are always in touch and collections times and days are always in line with our requests

A very helpful company when it comes to handling sensitive equipment and any other type of equipment that needs to be disposed of The service that Concept provides is very prompt and reliable a pleasure to deal with on a one to one basis and organising pick up dates on tight deadlines

Have used Concept for over 10 years now and simply cannot fault them They do exactly as promised time keeping paperwork and even a rebate Structured professional approach from the top down

Regular user of this WEEE disposal service Easy to book the collection Good communications Receive the appropriate WEEE documentation after the van load had been processed Due to being paranoid local IT staff remove disks prior to WEEE disposal and those disks are crushed onsite typically once per year for free

There are some lovely people at Concept who really do go the extra mile to help Cheerful handsome well groomed and sweetly fragranced All my IT waste just magically disappears every Friday and as such it is the start of the weekend for me

I have used this company for a few years now and they are extremely professional the staff are always friendly on the phone and also the drivers that do the collections when you call you can be speaking to any one doesn t matter what position they are they are always happy to help I would recommend this company any day fast and reliable

Concept management is a pleasure to deal with They were very helpful when advising me on the disposal options for our out of date computers what could and could not be recycled and the secure destruction of the old hard drives I was very pleased with the refurbished computers that we bought from them the timely delivery really helped as we were switching to hybrid working

Concept management and in particular Craig who collected the equipment have been exemplary It was discovered we had some new PC s that were in an old pile Craig identified and called me with an update He then make sure they were left with a manager and I was updated all the way through the collection Many thanks to John for organising the collection

I Cannot fault Concept management

We ve had a contract with Concept management for sometime and in that time they haven t let us down once The staff when booking a collection are more than accommodating to our requirements and generally very friendly The staff when they collect our equipment to be recycled are always on time friendly and more than approachable Paperwork always arrives very swiftly as well
