They are thieves and dishonest
They increased my subscription plan without my prior authorization They went from charging me 14 per month to 33 I have been contacting support for 2 weeks and they still have not given me any solution I was asking for a refund because at no time was I warned of this increase in billing much less authorized After more than 2 years working with them I left the platform very unhappy and after this I would not recommend it to anyone They are thieves and dishonest these practices should be illegal if they are not already

They are scamming us with free trials
I have canceled a free account in advance and they did not respect it on the contrary they charged 30 EUR to my account making my personal finances difficult They are insensitive and do not care about your situation at a certain point they stop responding to you I have started my claim locally in Denmark at Konkurrence- og Forbrugerstyrelsen so do the same to avoid falling into their clutches

Really disappointed with this Company
Really disappointed with this Company Google should step in here as they are recommending them as a preferred partner The service and response to emails is poor the cost for a cookie extension is scandalous Which is annoying really as it genuinely seems like a good product But 600 a year for a a Cookie Consent form is crazy

Two months to reply to a support ticket
We came across Cookiebot set it up on our web application and were in the testing phase on our staging server looking to get it live The concept behind it looked good It was during testing we experienced an issue we couldn t work out so reached out for support It was business critital as we couldn t go live with Cookiebot We chased multiple times with no response So much so we had to abandon and go with another provider Two months later a reply came through to the support ticket I replied and their response was they had a flurry of support tickets I would avoid and look elsewhere - we re really pleased with the other provider we went with

After couple of months of using the
After couple of months of using the reseller program I must say that it has been one of my worst experiences Firstly the panel is illogical It s not straightforward to sell their product Secondly the support is practically non-existent Having a choice now I would rather go somewhere else

Scam subscription model - If you have a yearly subscription and if you change something you are getting charged multiple times
You are getting scammed when you choose yearly payment If you do so they say you are not allowed to change your domains during the subscription If you change delete and implement it again because you had technical difficulties and Cookiebot was cutting all your traffic your domains will be charged for a second time for the whole year Customer service is just referring to the terms of service and saying that you shouldn t use the yearly subscription Looking now for legal action since they are charging for services and times they didn t deliver

Seriously problematic
Did you know that when Coockiebot runs a scan on your page it bombards it with 10 - 15000 IP users If you dont block those IPs in Google Analytics ALL your statistics will be ruined immediately I also discovered that the same happened in my e-mail marketing system Klaviyo to the newsletter popup All statistics ruined This happened to me several times before I understood what was the reason You can argue that the only way CookieBot can scan your page is by sending bots Yes but then the REALLY need to be clear about it and make sure you block all CookieBot IPs everywhere Also it seems that they get new IPs on a regular basis I cant document that without updating us the customers TOTALLY ALL MY STATISTICS HAS BEEN RUINED What can I do
