Order what I thought was a authentic danny duncan hoodie for my son turns out I could have made this item at home with my own heat press Very poor quality I must say and the hoodie was purchased at walmart looks like and heat pressed on I paid the same price as if it was real I asked for a refund but no reply to my email Save ur time and order from another website

I agree with most of the reviews that I have read I m not sure why Amazon let s them sell on their website I have never had a bad experience with Amazon but they might want to distance themselves with an outside seller that just seems to keep pissing people off It reflects badly

They delivered my parcel to the wrong address

They delivered my parcel to the wrong address and I still haven t got my parcel The customer service line kept me on hold until they closed the office at 4pm with no response Do not order from here I haven t received a refund because they won t respond to any emails or pick up the phone

No Christmas presents no refund

I ordered this product six weeks before Christmas However it is four days before Christmas and the package still hasnt arrived It has already been paid for The company is not answering my emails I will be left without Christmas presents and there is also no refund in sight This is unacceptable

DON T BUY FROM HERE I ordered a desk cooler fan from this company and found the USB charger had exactly the same size connection at each end which made no sense Both ends fit the product but no USB end I sent three or four emails and tried to call them but the number wasnt recognised Literally got nothing back Not a confirmation email Nothing I am furious that a company which looks so genuine can be such a cheap rip off shame on you that run it The problem really IS yours At least I have my integrity

I ve ordered and paid sent e-mails I got a weird tracking number which has -60 digits I tried to track goods but tracking number were incorrect I queried the tracking number and no feedback were sent Then I ve asked for tracking on my order number but still no feedback There is no contact details accept the email correspondences

Fake Product Marketed as Real One

I had ordered a cup that said heat activated It didn t activate and I suspect it s a fake At least the product came to you but regardless of what the name said you will not get what you order trust me Or you ll get something similar but it s probably fake and not the real deal They just want you to spend money so will write whatever the product s real name but send you a fake one I m disappointed and I suggest NEVER buying from them or else s you ll regret it big time

Terrible Customer Service

Ordered a bunch of games for gifts all my orders were canceled because they wanted people to buy large orders for free shipping not pay shipping like I did This is the last place I will order from as I have had other issues in past but this one really made me mad as their customer service
