Very bad experience with this website as i have been charged subscription fee from March - June 2023 even so i have cancelled my subscription already in February When i canceled my subscription again in July i got the message that my account is not properly activated but they still charged me 4 month subscription fees There are better alternatives then copyshark ai with better customer servcie

Complete SCAM RUN I have now been charged multiple times for a service I haven t an account with to cancel This is now getting to be hundreds of dollars They refuse to assist and you will have to cancel your card to stop them

I signed up and paid after the trial but my account kept saying I used all my credits This was two months ago and I still cannot use my account The platform has bugs and I cannot delete my account or cancel my service They keep charging me I am waiting for the very rude Max to fix this problem although I will likely need to notify my bank and flag the transaction as fraud

Incredibly difficult to cancel Went through the process in May Not only did they keep charging me but they stopped sending me receipts for the charges INCREDIBLY SHADY Politely asked them to refund but haven t heard anything back

There is no option to cancel before or after the trial period I emailed them 3 times and Max kept replying to cancel in the app But it s prob just a bot cause they always say the same thing no matter what you write The entire thing is a scam CopySmith is actually better and has an actual Customer service team CopyShark is a scam

Shady cancelations avoid

The service itself is pretty bad texts are very low quality User experience is bad site is awful The worst part - cancelation is this 324342354 step process you cancel you fill a typeform you submit it THEN IF YOURE LUCKY you get taken to a cancellation page if not pray for God s help and THEN you need to send a cancelation e-mail AVOID this at any cost worst experience with cancelation I have ever had Disappointed and never would recommend even to my worst enemies

Thiefs Poor software and poor customer service

They are thiefs Asked money back immediately as written on the website and they did not give any money back Use conversion ai which is much better The software do not work They claim it works with ITALIAN but this is not true at all neither english work STAY AWAY Thiefs Poor software and awful customer service Do not trust marketing influencer that suggest this product
