Great CS content is hit or miss use the audit function

Some of the content is hit or miss but that is not entirely on them--there s a lot to cover My experience with their customer service has been nothing but excellent Every single agent has been courteous and very quick to respond They have demonstrated to me on more than one occasion that they care about the individual customer--even when I have been a bit of D-bag As they helped me understand it is good to use the audit function to view an individual course and its content before purchasing Especially if the course is from an organization you have not previously used before They are open and receptive to feedback and genuinely want to improve any issues their customers experience on the platform Great job Coursera You have definitely found a longtime customer in me
