The self-paced 200 hour YTT course was everything I had on my wish list - and more I enjoyed it so much The content was interesting accessible and understandable and Steph is a very knowledgeable caring and professional lead trainer The additional Ayurveda and Restorative yoga courses are huge additional assets I m so happy to have achieved a huge life ambition through this school Thank you

I had an amazing experience taking this course I began this course at the beginning of my pregnancy and the work at your own pace was extremely helpful I am now six months pregnant and just finished It really helped me through my pregnancy and I am excited to share my knowledge with others Steph and the other instructors were absolutely amazing and the feedback on assignments was so helpful and kind I would definitely recommend this course

I really enjoyed this program and subsequently enrolled in the next course The director was very thorough and pleasant replied to emails within a timely manner and even included a few bonuses The program was very easy to follow all assignments made sense and were clear and the feedback was helpful You could feel the director s positive energy through the emails and videos

I have taken and completed other teacher training courses through another school and although they were great after training with Online Yoga School I will never look to take another training course anywhere else They went into so many areas of yoga deeply but with an accessible approach From Philosophy anatomy Asanas and sequencing to equality in the classroom and thought-provoking discussions on teaching all individuals and body types and much much more especially for us teachers teaching in todays world there is so much to consider and Steph covers it all Even though I have been a teacher for over 5 years and practicing yoga for 9 I still learned so much that I hadn t known before Steph and her team have an amazing lighthearted approach that will always make you feel welcome no matter where you are in your journey Thank you Online Yoga School

I loved every step of this course It was very well planned easy to follow and I love that Stephanie kept it simple and effective The support system is great assistance is always there and the assignments are a great way to complete the training not only as a test but mostly as a preparation to teach and be organized from the start I can t say enough about the kindness and love shared on this experience Thank you I should actually say Namaste wink

The training materials and library of resources are comprehensive There is depth in the training and it flows in a smooth order It is a positive learning experience and I now have a vast amount of resources at my finger tips Well done Steph and crew I felt supported and nurtured through the training

I have taken several programs through Online Yoga School including both my 200 hour training and my 300 hour training I have learned so much made connections with fellow classmates and am already working as a yoga teacher upon graduation -- they gave me the knowledge and skills I needed to land a job

Steph s RYT-200 hour Yoga Teacher Certification course was extremely convenient user-friendly and informative Not only do I feel better prepared to go out into the world and teach but I was able to learn at a pace that works for me I also found the staff to be helpful and responsive and the Facebook community is a great place to meet and interact with other Yogis I highly recommend

I highly highly recommend Online Yoga School as you embark on your yoga teaching journey I have loved so much about it the self-paced nature has allowed me to take the course at my own pace which allowed me to focus on deepening my own practice improving my ability to teach I appreciated the way OYS continually adapted the curriculum to reflect changes in society and also how new teachers were welcomed in to share their expertise It is clear that the team engages thoughtfully with feedback and intentionally works to improve the program and share new learnings I also found the entire team incredibly caring in their engagement with me The online community was wonderfully supportive I feel prepared to safely and skillfully teach my own classes now and also know that I have the support of the online community of past alum and of the OYS team going forward I could not speak more highly of the course
