Loved my Yin and 200 YTT experience

I have completed two Yoga courses with Online Yoga School and I am quite pleased with the overall learning experience Both Yin and 250 Hour YTT are comprehensive courses student-friendly self-paced and detailed Everything around Yoga as a practice and business is included in the course There are webinars where students can send in their questions modification options for every asana and no pressure whatsoever to reach full expression of any asana Steph is always available for her students I am in a different time zone Delhi India and I can say that when she says she is there for her students she means it I am planning to do my meditation course with Online Yoga school It feels like home here

This course was more than I ever

This course was more than I ever expected it to be I was totally enthralled from day one Learning all about the philosophy of yoga and the anatomy was very in depth and interesting It really pushed me both intelectually and physically but I enjoyed it immensely I would highly recommend this course to anyone who is thinking about becoming a teacher or just wanting to deepen their knowledge First class and Steph is a great teacher she covers everything

BEST Online Yoga Teacher Training

I seriously cannot recommend Online Yoga School for teacher training This course was so full of wisdom and beautifully put together The base content was great and the weekly webinars jam packed full on info Steph has a wonderful teaching style and her passion really shines through in her teaching If you are thinking of training as a Yoga Teacher THIS is where you need to start

Loved this training

It has been such a wonderful journey taking this course I learned so much about yoga philosophy anatomy asanas sequencing marketing and business etc I loved taking the course online because I m the type of person who learns best when learning at my own pace and I appreciated being able to go back through the lessons to refresh my memory when needed And Steph and team were always available by email or the Facebook group when needed the FB group is great This course was one of the best investments I ever made for myself because even if I don t end up teaching in the future it was well worth it just for enhancing my own practice Simply loved everything about this course

Training on your time

Training with Online Yoga School was great I was able to take my time with materials and do them on my time while having access to a community and instructors

Turns out It s all about finding your seat

I like the explanation of the process and I m thankful I m able to go back and research Also just getting the 250 hour certification I practiced in class then decided to get certified now I resize there s so much more to learn it s a constant process when injured BEasYoga

Amazing experience thank you so much I appreciate the flexibility and loads of valuable lessons The Facebook communities are fantastic as well I wish I had joined earlier I am so proud of this accomplishment and I feel so ready to teach I struggled with courage to actually teach but by the end of the class I was confident

Grateful for this flexible affordable high-quality YTT

I feel excited and well prepared to make a positive difference through teaching yoga My vision is to serve parents of kids affected by mental health and substance use disorders through resilience coaching and personalized yoga Yoga Ayurveda Center s Online Yoga School has made it possible for me to work toward this goal while continuing my full-time job The self-paced nature allowed me to fit Yoga Teacher Training into my very busy life It also enabled a great deal of introspection as I worked through the curriculum deepening the experience for me Their service was very responsive any time I had a question or technical issue I m grateful for the opportunity to learn through this excellent affordable and flexible program and I look forward to a long-term relationship with the school

One of the best online courses I have ever taken

This was such an incredibly well organized and informative online training Over the years I have taken many online courses for various jobs and this was by far one of the best The combination of text visuals and videos was so helpful Steph was wonderful and the support staff was always accessible yo answer any questions that I had along the way

Excellent training

Great school They clearly have a commitment to excellence Not just in the training but equally in their student support Training is comprehensive and what they do really well is break it down into manageable chunks so it s not overwhelming There s a test at the end of each section to solidify your learning There s also a really active student forum and customer service is excellent Happy to have found Stephanie Ball Mitchell and the school and feel well- equipped as a yoga instructor
