I was very interested in this school However I sent two emails with no reply So I question the support system I also tried to call the studio That phone call was immediately sent to a voice mail with a full mailbox No response from this place BUYER BEWARE

They have not looked over my final test in over a month and have not communicated with me Having to get bank involved

Signed up with the 200hr ytt based on a lot of good review on its profile page on yoga alliance website The course was self-paced and the content was ok The pre-recorded video quality wasn t good the brightness of the videos were way high that everything was white out They offer ZOOM live section on some days of the week but if you are not the same time zone with them those zoom hours are very difficult to make i only able to attend 2 zoom classes throughout the training which was 4am at my time The rest of the schedules were conflict with my work They had a Facebook support group for students students inside the group were nice and helpful but one of the admin Melissa if i remember her name correctly was very very very RUDE if you happened to question the school something they didn t like to hear And you will become the lucky one that she will have all eyes on It made my whole training experience with them turned out very unpleasant After finishing the course I ended up go with another school for the 300hrs training so far so good

Nothing went wrong This just was a hard format for me I would have benefited from an in person live component as the online model was difficult for me I am glad I took my time and did not rush this experience that was a helpful component

Incredible amount of information and a great online community Hard to apply the information you learn to actively start teaching But still an amazing course for what it is

This was a good training A lot of information that was new to me even though I ve been practicing yoga for over 25 years I gave a 4 star because I think the anatomy section was confusing The drawings were hard to decipher and the quizzes did not correlate so I found it not too helpful Steph was very responsive when I had questions which I really appreciated The restorative section was a bonus which was great I would have liked more in-depth information on chair yoga Overall for the price it was well worth my time and money

Steph does a great job leading this yoga teacher training She is always willing to help you on your journey and has successfully created a safe and supportive online yoga community

The 300hr Yoga Teacher Training led by Steph was excellent As a Yoga Studio Owner with a budding yoga community I am always working to bring added value to my studio s offerings The content was exactly what I needed to round out my yoga education Steph s teaching style along with her guest teachers was so efficient and clear which was imperative to the online format It was easy for me to fully understand the lessons the first time around and pick up where I left off without having to rewind and listen again This is a big plus when considering online education in my opinion I highly recommend this training to any yogi looking to expand their yoga education

I loved this 200 YTT and Steph was an amazing teacher The self-paced aspect of the training was super convenient but also allowed me to dive deeper into parts of the training I was really interested in I also really appreciate how many resources examples and general support there was while doing this training Overall it was a great experience

I m super grateful to have been sent a link to check out this school s offerings I was so grateful to have had some money in my account at the time I paid in full and soon after watched the welcome video I felt at home on path right away Loved loved that we were encouraged to take our time and to enjoy the journey of deepening our yoga practice This training shares so many tools to help me teach safe and effective classes and it has also inspired some positive shifts in the way I teach and how I live my life Aiming to be inclusive in my classes has been with me since 2000 when I first started teaching dance Thanks to this training I feel I have more knowledge about how to be inclusive in the language I use and the variations I offer One new habit from my personal life - every day I aim to put away give away or throw away at least one item from one of my organized piles in my home 3
