I loved the prenatal training from Online Yoga School because it has the right balance of all apects of yoga that needs to be considered for pregnancy classes I also particularly enjoyed the bonuses about postnatal and Mommy Me The community is also great and the price really affordable I definitely reccomend this school

What made my experience great was the affordability accesibility This training was made thinking in everyone Someone like me with scarce economic resources to pursue a Yoga training was able to afford it and reach one of my goals The accesibility made it possible for a mom of 6 to learn growth while taking care of my family The training kept getting better with time workshops live lessons community etc

Wonderful course Super easy to navigate and sooo thorough I came in thinking yoga was just a physical practice and left with a much deeper appreciation and understanding The diversity training with Dianne Bondy really leveled it up also It gave me a lot to think about with creating future classes Thank you to Stephanie and her entire team I am very grateful for this course

The 250h online Yoga teacher training was a really great experience for me and exceeded all my expectations Before starting the online teacher training I was sceptical if it was the right format for me as I always preferred in-person meetings I also wondered how it would work out to study the asanas online After completion of the training I can say Steph and her team created a very comprehensive and interesting teacher training that allowed me to get familiar with Yoga philosophy anatomy chakras and bandhas asanas sequencing and other important issues such as racism in yoga classes or in the yoga world in general If you are interested to dive deeper into certain subjects further reading is offered It also helped me a lot to do all the exercises which included to study yoga poses in detail thinking about their anatomic and energetic benefits but also about possible injuries that need do be prevented when doing the poses Additionally working through the sequencing exercises helped me a lot to understand how to plan a class properly Now I am much less anxious about creating a sequence for other persons The study dashboard is easy to navigate and I enjoyed the structure of the training I took my time to finish the training and to get familiar with the asanas I really loved the training and can highly recommend it Thank you Steph crew

This is an excellent course with a lot of information and great advice I really enjoyed it Sometimes I studied for hours before I realise the time There is a lot of work and study involved in becoming a yoga teacher so be prepared to work hard and take as much information out of this course as you can excellent instructors and demo content
