Warning if youre trying to watch the fiba 2023 games this will likely not work I bought the pass There is only sound No video They call this a blackout This is basically a scam

False advertising

I bought a MAX Event pass Which clearly states on demand viewing is included Only to not be able to view on demand Contacted them and get the same answer you need a max pass which I DO false advertising and NO customer support Never again

False advertising

Everything from connection stability to customer service is not very good tbh For instance with the Olympic Qualifiers they offer a Max OQT-pass costs 15 for 5 days of basketball which promises live and on-demand viewing of all Olympic Qualifying Tournament games but it is not possible to watch any of those games on-demand when you reach out to their customer service they offer no help at all Blatant false advertising Keep this in mind before paying them any money

Horrible experience paid for nothing

Last year i started a subscription with Courtside They charged my Paypall Twice for an amount of 37 99 I messaged them i wanted a refund of the double charge and got an e-mail back saying that my account was canceled To this i responded if you re going to only refund one of the charges and cancel my account then please refund the other 37 99 too otherwise i pay for nothing One year later and this has not been done and my account has been charged again 25 99 for a new subscription cause it turns out it wasn t canceled Customer service just doesn t read what you say if they respond Absolutely terrible i would not recommend ever

Courtside 1891 is a ScamThey advertised so many Olympic Basketball Matches on their apps In actual fact you can t watch any This is False Advertisement Please take action against Courtside 1891 I asked for refund and they say they can t find my membership under the email I registered However they are able to charge the fee to my Visa

Basically a scam

Basically a scam Bought the subscription last year for the world cup Could not watch any games and the one game I finally managed to play was crashing all the time despite being on fibre with excelent speed This year I have despite writing an e-mail to them to cancel my subscription you can t cancel it yourself manually in control panel you HAVE to write to support been charged another yearly subscription A few emails later they have finally canceled my subscription but are insisting they can t refund for subscription payments AVOID at all costs edit they have refunded me but the review stands - avoid

Scam Avoid at all costs I followed all their instructions to cancel my subscription and withdrawing consent for payment of renewal Despite this they removed money from my account Having read other reviews this appears to be their standard practice They have not refunded the money and I intend to dispute the transaction with my bank The streaming service they provide is also hopeless

Avoid at all costs - did not cancel subscription

After multiple emails and actions to cancel my Courtside 1891 subscription they confirmed it will cancel automatically but it did not cancel after all I have just received a renewal letter stating that if I do not do anything the subscription will be extended I am contacting them again for the cancellation The only thing that may work is to challenge every charge they put on your credit card and attach your email correspondence to them as a proof Good luck
