Truly terrible technology that is unreliable and does not work This company needs to shut down operations as they are so bad

I canceled my service back in 2020 and they keep charging my bank account every month so they re stealing from people so you need to watch those bank accounts Im talking with a lawyer to sue

Covenant Eyes is absolutely useless if

Covenant Eyes is absolutely useless if you own IOS devices It only monitors when using their app and even with that the screen shots are so poor that they are useless Don t waste your money

What a pile of garbage this company is I canceled my service with them after only 2 weeks of a trial and they charged my credit card anyways No support Chats stink Only a computer not a real human And no one answers the phone Complicated software for others using with you Expensive Pick something else

Company extorts you for money cannot cancel their service

I have been porn free for severalyears now and have had constant problems with sites that I use for business being blocked It s a hassle to resolve this because you have to have the admin in this case my wife logon and change filtering settings I tried to cancel the service as I don t even have it on most of my devices and they wouldn t let me unless my wife called to do so Basically I can cancel my bank account but otherwise unless I want my wife to freak out I m stuck paying their extortion of 18 a month with no way out I felt less trapped when I was caught up in porn addiction than I do now I would advise some of the great free options out there before this company

Truely a terrible service and overpriced for what it provides It doesn t monitor applications outside of Safari and the Covenant Eyes browser Any other app you download you can access NSFW content twitter youtube another browser The VPN is terrible slow and buggy It would constantly cut out my internet connection forcing me to restart the VPN which takes a solid 30-60second multiple times per day I cancelled my service for a few months after getting to a point where i felt i didn t need it After a relapse I eventually wanted to restart my subscription i must be a masochist only to be greeted with infinite loading screens when trying to pay The tech was so bad they couldn t even take my money Never using again never recommending and praying for a better competitor because the world needs something like this THAT ACTUALLY WORKS

this software is in breach of privacy

this software is in breach of privacy once i had the software installed i noticed it would take screenshots of my current screen and upload them to my online account as well as send them to an accountability partner this means that the company can view sensitive information such as bank details passwords ect as these screenshots get uploaded to there database not only this but you can easily by pass the software with a vpn i mean this is just ridiculous this software is clearly aimed at anyone who don t give a dam about there privacy

I wish I could give this Christian site zero stars First of all they won t let you cancel your subscription unless you talk to a salesperson Then they do anything to keep you like give you a hardship discount hmmm well I wouldn t be calling in the first place if I could afford it so attempting to talk someone into keeping a product that they can t afford is probably not very high in Christlikeness Second of all if you call and leave a message they won t cancel it At this point I m at my wits end I m going to have to block the card or something and have the bank handle it I have these wonderful Christian friends to thank for the frustration and stress I ve been treated better by the wokiest scummiest media companies compared to this company and that is sad I never even downloaded the product and after this I never will
