Be very careful do not order from this company They do not refund and they refuse to accept tracked packages to the return address in Slovakia for all UK returns You pay for the return Many opportunities to keep your wrong shoes are sent including discounts When they discount different amounts they are always the same price The 24 7 call centre is interpreted as A Uk number but you have to ring the USA They use an automated response which never replies to your your message There is no way of telling on the site that this is not a UK firm They are NOT free returns They are deceitful Buy them at your local shop

Terrible Customer Service - do not buy from here I ordered 4 pairs of sliders for my family in mid June Delivery was 10-14 days After no delivery email or order received after 14 days I contacted them via the website chat Was told they were experiencing high demand on orders but to expect the order in the following week Status of my order online changed to warehouse handling so I was optimistic things were moving forward 4 weeks on from that contact 6 weeks in total still no order or email with tracking details Contacted the customer service chat again today and they said they can t process a refund until they know the status of the delivery Smells of scam all over Please do as all the other ppl reporting here have suggested and buy from a local shop rather than these scam artists

No confirmation No shoes

I placed an order for 4 pairs of shoes and haven t received any confirmation other than you received my money Why is it taken so so long to even get any information about my order I ve been waiting since July 8th 2022

If I could give zero stars I would do it I odererd one pair but it was too small and I have sent it back according to the instructions of the customer service The package came back the company s address was not found Since then I have sent emails to the customers support but they are constantly ignoring it

cozy slides wide fitting

received the sliders but they are not comfortable each shoe has a cut out below the big toe intended to ease the width Does not work because the cut out has sharp edges if like me you have had a bunion removed then your foot at that area will be sore better to throw these in the bin

Poor after sales

I was disappointed when I received my adjustable cozi sliders One of the straps has a bad kink in it which can t be corrected The quality is poor and therefore over priced Twice I have emailed the company for return refund instructions and I am still waiting to be acknowledged I would not recommend them for these reasons

DO NOT BUY I ve purchased a pair of cozy slides they are so uncomfortable and dreadful fit Having had Skechers sliders they were so comfortable but these things just need going in the bin Total rip-off I had to chase order initially and have written to them stating I require a refund but no response

This company is a scam The slides do no fit as advertised and the quality is terrible If you send an email you get a bot named Julie who replies in a form letter but never follows up Their return policy is a scam because there is no way to return except to send an email to Julie who again never responds with a process of how to return

Utter garbage

These are the nastiest cheapest shoddy product I ve encountered in many years You would do batter to use polystyrene and duct tape to make your own as a rainy day project Plastic cheap light and the sizing borders on dangerous I have UK size 10 5 feet I ordered size 11 I happen to know my feet size they were measured at hospital recently by a senior podiatrist for orthotic shoes laser prevision measurements taken from imprints My ankle hangs over the back they re instantly unstable and inherently dangerous I wanted to return them if I return them by tracked courier at a cost that exceeds the cost not value of the product at my own expense then I can have a refund In my opinion these things border on a scam
