I ordered 12 Birkin style bags 1 blue Christian Dior bag during the Thanksgiving Christmas holidays I was able to track my bags using the Shop App There was a delay however it was on the side of the post office where they held my bags I stayed in constant contact with Corda regarding the matter their customer service was exceptional They responded to my emails w in 24 hrs contacted the post office as well I love all 13 of the bags in every color Real leather bags that have rich colors exceptional quality in the stitching hardware I have 1 thing I need assistance with that is how to connect the keys to the handles of the bags I will definitely order again from Corda

We had a tiny mistake when ireceived my first bag Cordae did everything they possibly could went above and beyond to accommodate me they immediately sent me the correct bag and were so pleasant and easy to deal with The construction is so perfect everything was wrapped to protect in shipping and then all the straps and metal were covered with plastic it was a great experience even though we had a little mishap to start with I just ordered another bag this will be my third and I m dying for the Himalayan to become available
