I have been going to Rachel for years I haven t and wouldn t go anywhere else for any treat from lashes to Botox Her salon is beautiful and she has really lovely staff 1000 recommend

Ordered B12 from northern ireland Wanted it quickly so paid dpd faster delivery Extra charge Got a phone call an hour after ordering From now I know was the part owners Stating that dpd has got extortionate and it s 33 pounds delivery I would have to go for yodel which would take longer No clue how long I was annoyed as I needed the product So asked could he nor honor the web site price As they had not updated their Web site Which was not my fault He the just said well I m going to cancel your order and hung up Didn t like the fact I wasn t happy I simply was saying If your advertising a price it should be honoured Phoned back to make a complaint at his attitude and to see re refund I got the same guy He said he was part owner Told me I wasn t listening to him Which I was but I feel as a business you update your shipping Not let people order pay for product then tell them it s there choice Will see how long It takes to get a refund Poor customer service with that attitude
