Transparent professional dedicated and client-focused team A huge thank you to the Crown House Estates team for helping me to complete my property rental so smoothly Both Hemanshu and Chan remain very helpful from day one until rental completion All viewing appointments were completed on time and kept me well informed prior to setting up the appointments It was great working with them at times when things were challenging as were moving out of our family home Keep up the good work CHE Team

Your staff are rude

Your staff are rude they called the police when a vulnerable resident went to your office to complain hung up on another You do not maintain your properties until Environmental Officers are brought in and you receive notice to stop leaks and mould You do not carry out inspections of your properties and Natasha treats people with contempt

Start to end good experience

I am very happy with the service I received from Crown House Estates From the start of tenancy to moving out and after tenancy finishing service all I found was outstanding I definitely have the experience they are different from other estate agents especially when the tenancy finished and the way they dealt with my posts and parcels which were still coming to our old address I am happy to recommend them to others on the basis of good experience I had with them Good luck
