Great selling fee but buggy site with meh contact

Their 1 selling fee is HUGE PLUS for meTheir site has many bugs and often goes down Their traffic is pretty low They really need to bring in more customers for it be way better expirience When you are listing multiple items it is a nightmare The trading part really doesn t do any favor to the user listed items It is cluttered with a ton of overpriced stuff which then removes any chance for someone to selling something at a normal price Their contact is kind of awful I think they will only respond to me on email On Twitter they never respond and they say they have a contact us form which I never found

Massive security issues

Scammers are using this website to make you add them on discord this shouldn t of been so easy to fall for cs deals should of told me not to add anyone on discord instead of saying that no one should contact me on discord if that message was slightly different I wouldn t of fallen for this scam and I would of saved 700 even worse somehow that person on discord had access to my account because they exploited the 2fa code that in theory should have added security to my account I contacted cs deals on Twitter and they confirmed it was a scam I m waiting for another response about the money that is lost and if I can recover it until then a huge slip-up between them and me after some time they responded and said the money and skins were lost I demand a reimbursement because this wasn t completely my fault other websites that I ve used like skinport don t have these issues Please for the sake of your customers in the future change your warning messages to Do not share authenticator codes with anyone and don t comply with any emails other than cs deals if the email tells you to contact someone on discord they are trying to scam you and they may already have access to your account details conclusion cs deals is a real website but they could have saved hundreds if they were more clear about how this scam worked so in the end cs deals would have been 5 stars if they did more than send a tiny message to prevent scams like these thanks for listening UPDATE they changed the message slightly so no one can make the same mistake as me they changed the word contact to the word chat sure it may not seem like much of a change but the reason I thought it was fine to chat on discord with the scammer is that I had to contact them and not the other way around so yes it may be my fault for understanding it that way but as you can see it could have been easily prevented and at least they listened

Remove selling for Trade-Tokens in the sell items section

I accidentally listed an item for sale for Trade-Tokens instead of real life money I lost about 80 of my items value or more due to this mistake since all items for Trade-Tokens are listed at as much as 3x-10x of the STEAM market price not the site market price which is absolutely absurd and a complete scam The site also refuses to make up for this by either converting these tokens into real life money or refunding the user Consider making a better UI where you make it more distinguishable whether the user is selling for trade-tokens or real life money or at least a warning when they are about to list something since I m sure I m not the only user who ve made this mistake EDIT I did manage to find some items to trade for that were not super overpriced but in the end I still lost money but since I ve only had positive experiences with the site before this incident I ve changed my initial review

Poor UI

Slow load times even though the site isn t updating and the statement about the site being the fastest among the other sites is complete BS The load times for searching is very slow The UI is the worst part of the site Very messy and too much stuff on your screen when just doing simple trading for example the giveaways chat item rates could be closed by default in a external menu Filters are fine and I give 3 stars for the multiple options to use the site for Trading buying selling If the UI was as good as on other trading sites then it would be an easy 4-5 star

Cs deals is a very cheap skin site

Cs deals is a very cheap skin site but it has its downsides First when adding a lot of skins to your cart and attempting to check out many times it will say some of the items in your cart are unavailable which is a hassle because you have to purchase one at a time which taxes you more especially if you pay with site balance In addition to that it can occasionally be a hassle to withdraw skins as I havent been able to do that with mine for the past day But i love csdeals as they easily have some of the best prices for skins so i hope they can fix these issues Ive also contacted their support regarding this problem with no response I will follow up once they reach out
