Overcharged and Underdelivered - A Disappointing Experience

My experience with CS Money was unfortunately disappointing on several fronts Upon purchasing skins I was confronted with a charge that exceeded the advertised price Alarmed by this discrepancy I reached out to customer support to address the situation However the response was disheartening they seemed indifferent to my concern creating a sense of lack of commitment to customer satisfaction Additionally the website guaranteed a maximum wait time of 15 minutes for the delivery of purchased skins Sadly this promise was unmet as I experienced a significant delay of over 4 hours to receive my skins In summary my experience with CS Money was marked by overcharging disappointing customer service and a much longer wait than promised This situation not only caused inconvenience but also a lack of trust in the reliability of the services offered by this platform I believe it s crucial for platforms of this kind to deliver on their promises and provide efficient attentive customer support to their users I hope my feedback can contribute to improving the experience for other users and that CS Money takes steps to rectify these issues and offer a more reliable and transparent service in the future

Bad customer support

I have been trying to withdraw my funds for more than two months the only way to withdraw is via Visa and they are not flexible on that It is always rejected and I even issued a new card same thing I ve went twice to the bank nothing I am asking them for some support on the matter a payment on an IBAN or a payment to mastercard they refuse to assist and they are even ironic on the support Horrible customer service

Never Paid out from Scam

It has officially been one year since the hack and I have yet to be refunded for the scam that happened in August 2022 I had a pair of Crimson Web 122 float on my CS MONEY account and there has still been no payback Although the staff are nice I think there is a major disconnect with the business side of things Sometimes a loss is necessary in order to sustain a business and as the actual person impacted by this hack I find it simply unforgivable for this to have taken so long I understand there is a massive inflation and that needs to be accounted for but due to this I have lost hundreds of dollars with no concrete date on when this will be resolved for people who deposit high-valued items This has been the most frustrating and insane situation I have been a part of in the multiple years with skins and I am ashamed to have to come to this in order to potentially get a concrete answer

Skewed pricing algorithm you loose ton of money on each trade

The way their pricing works is insanely against your favor It takes a lot of commission on both sides it undervalues your float and stickers and overvalues its own float and stickers by huge margins that are not justifiable in any world Stay away from trading on this website

endless commission

Did not use this site in a while But still remember a couple moments There are countless amount of commission which in total make your deposit bonus disappear Just ask their tech support why items have higher price than they have in steam market and why your items have lower price The commission you see at the beggining is just a tip of an iceberg

Fake feature Cashout

Been more than 2 weeks that the cashout system doesn t work Site support only told me to wait and wait and wait every single day Money always got refunded back to the account At this point I m convinced that the cashout is just a gimmick fake feature only to attract people to cash in and never get to cash out

Beware of this trading site

Beware of this trading site 80 of trading is done legally But the remaining 20 steal skins from other users by cloning their own bots with the same name and dedication They steal your skin through the steam API method and then wash their hands saying it wasn t their bot when they clearly created it to scam people Like me there are thousands of people scammed by this page I do not recommend it

CSMoney scammed me out of two knives and refuses to fix the situation CSMoney got hacked and the entire CSGO community rallied around them to help in any way possible but now they want to screw a customer for no reason other than greed I even had a direct message conversation with the chief communications officer on Twitter and he refused to help and couldn t care less Completely unfair and CSMoney doesn t care at all

Support deceives and does not do anything

I ve been using the site for 4-5 years and up to this point there were no problems but for some reason my linked mail was deleted and I can t log in I ve been talking to support for a long time but 2 months have passed and there are no changes they constantly write that we will fix everything soon but I m sure they just don t do anything - csmoney account
