order was canceled but no answer
the order was supposed to go out within 72 hours after 10 days without shipping confirmation the order was canceled which was ignored no response after 3 weeks with the involvement of paypal goods were supposedly sent but I had canceled the order within the deadline addendum two weeks later after I threatened to take legal action the amount was refunded to me

Ordre passed in July and never received Culia is keep sending apologies e-mail with fake promise that new order has been delivered however no tracking number or provide you 30 discount vouchers for new order but who is gonna order again Very disappointing

Unfortunately there seemed to be a problem with logistics The items took almost 4 month to be delivered Nevertheless the shoes are very good easy to wear and cosy If there hadn t been that problem I d surely recommand
