I checked their website to see if I could order a prescription medication for my elderly neighbours dog I had a prescription for the medication and explained to Rich via emails who it was for and why I was ordering it he said no problem even though the prescription was from an Irish vet Four days later I receive an email saying the order was cancelled I tried contacting them by email as they have no telephone number listed to ask them to explain why they state they accept prescriptions from other countries but had refused my order even though they had already taken payment Would not recommend or use again under any circumstances

charged for service they do not provide

Charged me in excess of 30 for temperature controlled delivery then told me they send things in the morning so they are out of the fridge for least time as possible I have paid for a specific service and I expect this to be what is in place - several emails back-and-forth and I m yet to have a resolution and my dog is now likely to miss the medication that he needs Far from impressed with this company and will not be recommending Update - response via email and below does not fully address issue My issue is not to do with Monday but misrepresentation of delivery method

Delivery Prices very not obvious Check very carefully the delivery and packing prices Although they say they are transparent in their prices they are absolutely not for many items - especially some items e g controlled chilled Like me you may have been drawn to the low price HOWEVER it is not clear until CHECKOUT that if what your prices are and these are BIG prices Even when you add a chilled item to the basket it doesn t warn or inform you Please check the CHECKOUT screen before committing to anything - do a dummy order to work it out Here is the one I did Subtotal 77 99Shipping UK Mainland Temperature Controlled Delivery 8 99Temperature Controlled Item Fee 7 50Total 94 48

A telephone contact could be useful

I would have like to be able to speak to someone as my prescription seemed to have been lost I had to send it again which delayed me receiving the medication The courier was however very kind and understanding

Just ordered librela for my two border

Just ordered librela for my two border terriers Quite shocked to see I was charged 24 for delivery Both my dogs are also on insulin so I m aware of the extra costs of sending a fridge item but 24 seems high After I wrote this Cura did reach out to me and resolved the issue which I m grateful for

Great commpunication and service from Cura The only reason I ve not given them 5 is that the cold delivery charge was a bit unexpected This wasn t indicated until I paid

Prescription medication

I can t recommend Cura pet enough I have actually already left a review because I was so impressed I had a query about my prescription contacted Cura pet on a Sunday afternoon received an immediate reply from a vet My query was sorted immediately Couldn t get better service
