My net curtains not happy

My net curtains were not cut to the specified lengths I am now left to cut 22 meters of net curtains into 5 curtains something I do not have the time to do

Really upset I only received one

Really upset I only received one curtain no tie backs and the curtain that did come is in bad condition due to poor packaging I tried multiple times to resolve this with the manager but no luck I paid 50 pound for this set and can t use them really disappointed

This company can improve by giving full refunds and accepting fault of their products and not make the customer pay for the return of a faulty product

I didnt like curtains so I returned them and didnt receive full payment back you took postage out of my return there fore I will not use direct curtains again

DISAPPOINTED

I was very disappointed with the quality of the hemming of the one curtain I opened up The hem was all rippled instead of laying flat and was totally unacceptable to me

I asked for my curtains to be cut whilst ordering the curtains When i complained and asked for a refund the customer service was not polite and declined helping me

I sent you my measurements in meters because that s the only tape measure I had and you could not change the measurements to centre meter s so now I do not have any net curtains for my house

These are not Blackout curtains

I ordered Black out curtains however they only reduced the light as a pair of normal curtains would Definitely not Black out or 90 Black out as they claim to be For this to be true they should have extra lining which they don t as it s just the curtain cloth
