The curtains that arrived were not cut

The curtains that arrived were not cut very well at the sides A bit disappointed as the last curtain I bought from this company was cut neatly They spoil the edge of the curtains at the windows The sides need checking before they are sent to ensure a good quality cut The use of a a long ruler with tailor chalk helps

Poor quality - very wide hem not cut straight But cheap So does the job Took a long time to arrive due to Royal Mail strikes - not your fault

You put the seam the wrong way round on the curtain No good t o me at all as c ould not put in the curtain wire thankyou

Was sent the wrong cushion covers I don t have time to send them back and then wait for replacements Wasn t overly impressed with them either

Nets not sold by width or drop

The nets they sell Come in a standard size really confusing as don t stated width and drop so not consumer friendly and guess work what you need

It was said it was a blackout curtain in the description and it was far from being blackout Not so happy this time The curtains looks very lovely though

Delivery time is abysmal

The voile eyelet curtains I chose are fine and very reasonably priced however their delivery time is not good at all I ordered them online on a Saturday and they didn t arrive until Friday following week - that s five whole working days

Crush velvet curtians

Bought these curtian they looked really nice but when they arrived they were so thin I suppose you get what you pay for
