Requested some samples but were so small you couldn t get a full idea of the net curtain so I ordered the smallest drop 36 inches by one meter to make sure the nets were as good as they looked on the website I ordered some Robyn net curtains which are wonderful however the drops are not exactly to size I measured from the top to the longest part of the bottom of the net curtain however one curtain the 45 inch drop was nearly one and a half inches short and the 81 inch drop is measuring 84 inches I reordered another set of nets to replace the 45 inch nets but this time in a 48 inch drop to ensure that I had enough in the drop to turn up When reordering the 48 inch drop nets I couldn t track where they were but just turned up unexpectedly Albeit I am still taking up the curtains which are beautiful I am not sure that I would use this company again

Curtains nice colour but quite thin one curtains material had been caught so you could see all thread lines going through it they was black out curtains though

Ordered a pair of curtains They arrived very quickly When I opened them the quality was absolutely awful The stitching was poor and the nylon quality looked like what they were - cheap They were so nylon that you cannot pull the curtain tape to hang them as they just spring back I also asked for them to have blackout lining but there is no lining of any kind Absolutely appalling beyond words My husband is using them as dust sheets while we decorate because that is all they are fit for

The order was for 2 styles of curtain one to be cut in 2 The first delivery had the cut curtains the wrong drop - too short Customer service was quick to respond and provided a return label After I took the parcel to the Post Office and provided a tracking number they sent the curtains again This time the curtains were still not the correct drop but were only slightly too long Moreover they were not cut as per the instructions written on the packing slip We couldn t be bothered to go through the same palaver again so cut them ourselves Customer service were apologetic

Original order promptly dispatched but one out of three items supplied was faulty After a phone call this was quickly resent but this was also faulty when received Another phone call achieved yet another item that was also faulty in exactly the same way After another phone call I was promised another item that would be checked before being dispatched Sadly I have not received this replacement and no communication from the company Hence I have given up and sourced the items at my expense from another company

Your product was OK but on ordering for a second time you cancelled the order due to some cutting instructions left on the system somehow which I didn t notice I completely understand the confusion this could have caused but to just cancel the order is a bit much How about an email or a phone call Could have been instantly sorted You loose a sale and I go somewhere else My mistake or your system a bit more communication on your part would be better for your sales

Nice quality net fabric and with a weighted hem The downside is that because I assume they are cut from one continuous piece if fabric the stitching at the edge of the casing where you slot in the covered wire to hang them comes unravelled Pity

The curtains were a thinner material then I thought they would be and see through with the sun light shining through however still look and feel nice and work well with me having wooden blinds up as well They are what I would expect for the amount spent on them If I didn t have the blinds I would have gone for a better quality to keep the sun out heat in and these would not have been suitable

The quality of the fabric and stitching is not great However perfect colour Delivery was fast

Thought it was a full pull over divan base cover it just slips off
