I wish I could give ZERO stars This company is a scam and do not but from them no matter what I ordered a mother s day gift over a month ago and STILL haven t received it Their customer service keeps giving me the run around saying I can t get a refund because the item is in route to me but this has been weeks Total scam

Poor customer service False advertising

So for starters I found this company through TikTok The jumpers are nothing like the ones they show on their website or on TikTok On TikTok it very much looks like it s embroided customised patterns of your dog Like it s been sewn and it actually looks really nice hence why I bought it but I made the mistake of not looking at reviews before I bought it As it turns out it s printed onto a sticker The fabric is thin and cheap For some people that would be fine but not for me I paid 70 for a custom made jumper that I thought would be embroidered customised patterns of my two dogs Printed stickers do not last they fade and chip away I would not pay this money all for them to quite literally stick on a pattern If that s what they do why not just advertise it with the actual design This is false advertising at its finest I m currently in the process of disputing this with my bank I contacted them and they said they couldn t refund personalised jumpers They haven t even started making it Hopefully I get my money back I will now be looking at reviews before I buy anything online and I certainly will not be buying anything that has been advertised through TikTok

If i could give them 0 star i would I found this company advertised on tiktok and it is an utter scam I sent them a picture of my cat who had just passed away and I wanted his outline on a sweatshirt I paid 50 for it and I got a product that was so bad in quality but that wasnt even my issue the outline of the cat on the sweatshirt was nothing like the picture I had sent them They used a random cat photo and sent it to me I contacted customer service and they refused to refund me and offered 15 refund I refused so they said they would send another one and it never came When I contacted them again they said it was in transit They stopped answering my e-mails and I never received my sweatshirt Utterly disappointed

I ordered this since my pet recently

I ordered this since my pet recently passed away The material of the sweater wasn t even close to what was pictured the dog doesn t even look close to what I had sent in The sweater I ordered was an XL and it was more like a kids XL I will never order from them again
