Very easy process from start to finish

I purchased a darts case from the Darts Corner Amazon store When it came is was missing the insert that holds the darts I rang Darts Corner just to see if it came with the insert A lovely lady was extremely helpful and told me to email them with all my details and photos I did this and within minutes Jamie had replied saying that it would more beneficial for them to send out the insert than to return to Amazon then wait for them to send out another case That was yesterday This morning my insert arrived to complete my case I definitely recommend this company for Outstanding customer service
