I would like to leave a review for the Braehead store in glasgow and specifically Team member Katie that assisted me with advice and fitting of wedding dress I think it s important to begin with stating a white bridal dress had been my worst nightmare and today it became a reality I said yes to the dress simply down to the excellence in customer service I received from Katie Katie from first meeting today until process of sale was INCREDIBLE I really had no clue what I was looking for She guiding me providing advice and increased my confidence to eventually plucking up the courage to try a dress on Her product knowledge was vast although was made simple for a first time bride to navigate The store is well laid out and changing rooms were lovely I hope this review will trigger well deserved recognition for Katie passionate and professional staff are a rarity I shall be coming back for my reveal appt and look forward to seeing Katie and my dress again Thanks you so very much Lynne Anderson

I came in to David s bridal for my alterations appointment I was supposed to only have one dress but I had come in a bought a second dress for my reception The alterations staff was Amazing They were incredibly helpful and made me feel like a princess I can t thank the alterations staff enough for making my wedding dreams come to life

Hilda was superb
My mother and I was attended to by Hilda We are the mother and grandmother of the bride She works in the alteration department She was pleasant polite patient funny and altogether a professional I have never had a problem with any of the sales consultants or the greeters at the door Hilda is top notch Thank you Hilda for being so sweet Regards Tanya

Absolutely amazing experience thanks to Toni
Visited the Watford store this after with my bridal party looking for 5 bridesmaids dresses all a variety of ages from 11-40 Our assistant Toni was absolutely amazing from start to finish she made the who experience so enjoyable the little personal touches of there names on the changing door She actually knows her job so well she picked something the girls didn t pick and said for them to try them on within our hr time frame all 5 girls had there dresses she was very attentive and made the whole experience so enjoyable has has all laughing and the girls rang the bell which made my younger bridesmaid feel so special If you ever visit Watford store and get Toni your going to love your time there I d highly advice her to pick those dresses

We have visited David s bridal Birmingham twice now for bridesmaid dresses for my older bridesmaids and also younger ones Both Hannah and Sameira were really lovely bubbly and very helpful We will be back again soon

I couldn t recommend David s Bridal enough I went to the Birmingham store to find my wedding dress and all the staff were amazing - they made me and my guests feel so welcome and made the whole experience so special In particular we were very lucky to have an appointment with Kate who was absolutely brilliant - she made me feel so comfortable knew the answers to all our questions and gave us as much time as we needed to make a decision She definitely made the experience extra special I can t wait to go back with all my bridesmaids for another appointment

Westfield Stratford store I cannot thank Lucia enough for her help in getting the perfect dress for my daughter I cannot recommend the staff more highly they are wonderful This was not the first shop we went to but it was far superior Lucia is amazing Thank you for listening and getting what we needed

I have been to David s bridal with my daughter and two of her bridesmaids Our appointment was with Kate she was amazing she was very attentive and very professional and good at her job She was genuinely interested in my daughters big day and what would make it extra special The rest of the staff were very good xx
