I didn t think people still offered customer service like this but this company was so easy to work with and they really went the extra mile I ordered a bridesmaid dress from them and they emailed someone else in my bridal party because they had received a few orders for the same dress same color and wanted to make sure they dyed all of our dresses from the same dye lot if we were all together That s beyond what I expect from customer service but then I received another email from them confirming that I had double checked the size guide since their sizes don t match typical US sizes I had used the size guide but I still think it s exceptional that they take so many steps to make sure the customer gets exactly what they re looking for My dress came more than a week sooner than they said it would and the fit is perfect A few of the girls in my party didn t receive their dresses quite as early as I did but when we emailed them to check on delivery dates they responded immediately the other dresses are on their way and scheduled to arrive ahead of time Between the five bridesmaids we emailed the company quite a few times and every reply was quick This might be the best customer service I ve ever received from an online order
