For Sophie at the Dunfermline branch Dears Pharmacy I have visited this branch a few times in 2023 Sophie s customer support is excellent 10 10 5 STARS After my visit on Saturday 15th July - I had a coffee across the road Grabbed a pen and cocktail napkin - then started to write this review Any good idea started on a cocktail napkin as they say Sophie has a warm smile eyes like the ocean and very efficient at her job This is not a chat up line - just an honest opinion All the best Jon Dunsmore

Happy Walk-ins

My husband and I went in as walk-ins for tests to fly back home and they were really nice especially Claudia who took the time to help us understand some things about the tests and forms The neighborhood is also worth looking at to get away from the touristy part of town

I recently saw my hearing consultant for an annual review He couldn t do it because of a big build-up of wax in both ears He mentioned that several other customers had used Dears for this purpose and were very positive about their experiences so I decided to give it a try Danielle was excellent making me feel very comfortable and did a great job keeping me informed all the way through She was extremely careful and thorough and very profesional We discovered a mutual interest in foreign travel and exchanged stories in-between the procedures so the time went quickly I left with hugely improved hearing and will visit the consultant next week Well done Dears and Danielle

Claudia was so sweet

Claudia was so sweet The PCR test was quick and painless and she was so nice and cheerful I had to check my email to confirm I had received my PCR registration and she even gave me a hotspot since my phone wasn t working with the wifi I will definitely come back to this location since everyone Claudia and the cashier who helped me with my form were so kind

While on a guided tour group to Scotland I came down with COVID and had to quarantine for 10 days with daily testing after Day 6 to meet the U S requirements to fly home Claudia and her team from Dears came to our hotel and were always cheerful professional They were a joy to talk to while they were testing me and my tour group and every positive test was met with sympathy and they answered our what s next questions I am very grateful to Claudia and Kate for taking their time even on weekends to test me and my tour group

Great customer service for fit-to-fly test

I needed a fit-to-fly Covid test for flying back to the U S These requirements can be anxiety provoking as the tests have to be close to the flight time So it was with great relief that I found that I could easily book an appointment online at the Dears Pharmacy and when I showed up with my sister we got very prompt and friendly service with every step clearly explained We got a printed version of test results and an email within 15 minutes of the test The woman who helped us Claudia was outstanding So great to have excellent customer service in such a clinch situation

BURNTISLAND CLINIC - Friendly and professional service on my doorstep

I recently had to travel to Switzerland via Schipol on business and was extremely anxious about having the correct tests and paperwork required Sarah Letham was extremely helpful friendly and very reassuring and helped to ensure I got to from and back again without a hitch I would have no hesitation in recommending the fit to fly service which was very prompt and worked just as had been explained to me in-store And so great to have this service on our doorstep without the need to trek to the airport A million thank you s Sarah PS The Burntisland clinic does not see to be listed on this site it s on the High Street so easily found

Ear Wax Removal - Top Service

Last month I went to Dears Pharmacy in Dunfermline for ear wax removal for the first time ever and was pleasantly surprised by the whole experience The nurse Ashley was really lovely super helpful and talked me through the whole process She was informative and made sure to check my comfort at several times during the procedure It was a strange sensation but oddly satisfying at the same time Will definitely be returning to Dears for other services in the future great service
