DESERVES ZERO STARS
If I could give it zero stars I would Don t waste your time and money Scammed ordered 3 puzzles and only received 1 Very small not the size I ordered Also it took like six weeks and again it wrong and very cheap As far as I have read it is almost impossible to get a refund NEVER USE THIS COMPANY

DO NOT BUY - IT IS A SCAM
It took 5 weeks to receive the order of totally 7 puzzles shipped from China 4 of them were not the ones I ordered I wrote to giantbeetech com and I did not hear anything the 500 pcs round puzzle was a 100 pcs and very small I cannot recommend this company Do not use your time and money here DO NOT BUY - IT IS A SCAM

Do not trust this company
I ordered 3 puzzles from them - 1 was for free so I paid for 2 Price was 65 52 for 3 Large or Giant puzzles Firstly the order took forever to be shipped and only arrived via Fedex today ordered on 11 March 2021 I opened the tiny box and inside were three smaller boxes - no giant or large puzzles in sight these are supposed to be 11 8 by 16 5 On top of that not ONE of the puzzles is what I actually ordered Now it is really not worth my while to send these back to China yes that is actually where they come from Please be warned about this company - if you get your goods it will most likely not be what you wanted

Very poor quality puzzles
They sell very poor quality puzzles from China I ordered 3 puzzles All of them are much smaller and not the same as the pictures on their website A 1000-piece puzzle turned out to be an only 100-piece small puzzle They refused to refund me instead they offered discounts if I d buy more I had to open a dispute through PayPal to get only partial refund Those puzzles have strange smell and left color on my fingers after I played them Don t buy from them

SCAM SCAM SCAM
SCAM SCAM SCAMI ordered on Mar 11 and nothing was delivered Only once I initiated a claim on paypal did they ship something which arrived 3 months later resulting in paypal refusing my claim as shipment info was provided On arrival the product is not what I ordered - I ordered 6 large at USD 123 and received small puzzles of terrible quality that cannot be used They do not answer calls or emails They should be shut down

Buyer beware
I was going to order from this company back in March 21 when the sale was tempting When I got to the basket page I got uncomfortable about the whole process and logged out without completing my order Today I have received an email supposedly from their support department Obviously they haven t complied with data protection as they shouldn t still have my details I won t be ordering from them again As a result I don t buy online unless it is a bona fide company I know
