I made a one time lifetime purchase and their site converted my purchase to a subscription unbeknownst to me I attempted to cancel and later dispute the fraudulent charges and they just played games with me Several responses later I realized they were scam artists looking to change for services they didn t provide 1 Year later they actually charged me again for this subscription that I never had and cannot cancel update due to the comment made be Designrr just now Of course I used it I paid for a lifetime 1-time purchase or so I thought I contacted you via your site chat function and had multiple interactions trying to cancel and was actually informed that it was cancelled Of course it wasn t thus the new charge in 2021 I have multiple emails that I can easily share in this and other forums where you completely ignore this complaint as if you re not even reading the content playing games So if you were actually sincere and an honest business person you would acknowledge that fact and send me confirmation of your cancellation that was never completed Of course you seem unwilling to do that and would charge someone who isn t even using your product

Hello there To be honest I haven t bought any plans yet I tried to chat online with an expert to ask questions about the tool but I waited for more than an hour and 20 minutes and I didn t have a chance to reach them That is really inconvenient for me if the customer service or help support is very slow After reading all the bad reviews I am not interested anymore in this company Once again I didn t have a chance to use their design tool I am only giving a review of their support chat

BEWARE This is a credit system And be aware that their claims that support will be with you in 20 minutes is completely false The bottom line is that they are trying to rope you in for 27 giving you the false impression that it is for unlimited use but it is not So I suggest not buying anything from them As I am not

I have been working with tons of programs in my 20 years in the computer business but I have never seen a program as bad as this one I m creating a short ebook and every time I import from a Word doc the text ends up one big mess If I try to change or move text it get s even worse I have now spend 4 hours and not getting anywhere Amateur piece of I cannot recommend this useless program unless you love a lasting headache

Designerr io somehow managed to make something less intuitive than MS Word It s highly limiting you can t have an image take up an entire page you can t make some pages NOT use the header it s all or nothing settings don t hold Various colors fonts etc will just magically change on its own Put text on all headers doesn t work If you remove a sentence or paragraph you have to manually move all paragraphs up Customer service is garbage They won t answer your question just route you to a help page that doesn t help When you finally find out that something just isn t possible from them they just say sorry and sign off No attempts at a workaround or anything I ve spent an entire day building a flipbook from a Word doc I already had formatted how I wanted only to end up with a final product that isn t what I want But at least it s a flipbook I guess
