I purchased this app after seeing an ad on Instragram thinking there was a 14 day trial period I was excited about what this app could do This app is a internet based software program I found it very difficult and complex to work with It certainly is not intuitive and simple The worse thing was I was unable to cancel this program and get my money back after trying over a dozen times to create an ebook Then the company billed me for another upgrade program I did not want they had my credit card on file Now they are refusing to refund my money through the credit card company

I ve purchased the lifetime access and the pro subscription as soon as I started to use the platform I noticed that the the built in editor is very weak a lot of defaultand usual features are missing so I decided to calncel my pro subscription designrr cancelled my access an I lost all my works run away and choose another system note i ve asked for a refundONLY for pro subscrption NOT FOR the one time purchase there was an explicit option in the refund system for this and i ve checked it Again worst experience with designrr they don t care aboute users run away choose another platform

Waste of time and money Paid online but cannot set up my password as it keeps stating Loading I have been trying this since yesterday but the same problem exists I contacted them for support on 2-3 occasions but no luck despite stating they respond within 20 minutes In the end I contacted them via Instagram and they simply told me to contact via their support page which is managed by a chatbot I am left very disappointed with this purchase

It it not what it seems like wordgenie hidden offering of 100k credits where a book may take 30k of that credit so it is not like you can use wordgenie unlimited Good Templates require you to upgrade to monthly plansI highly don t recommend due to unclarity of offerings

Designrr has a seven day trial yet still processed the payment after I canceled the free trial There isn t anyone on their website to contact especially if you have not completed the trial period They purposely have not established any form of easy cancellation method or way to contact anyone they have a chat box that is not monitored so you get no response I believe this is a scam service

Terrible and SCAM Does not design at all gives you 3 5 chatgpt written content formatted as if it was a 1999 ebook all blocks of text blue headlines and no design whatsover Features that claim is a lifetime actually isnt and you have to actually buy the pro membership to be able to continue use it Advice save your money use 3 5 chatgpt which is FREE and then format it in canva - you ll get a free ebook looks much more professional than this scamy website

I am rewrite this at some point but my initial reaction is that it s terrible I wrote an ebook and the magically is populated into any template for me is not true I have to delete the contents page and manually add it Changing the footers and headers is not as simple as shown in a demo video Anyway the worst thing is I managed to make a reasonable looking eBook in the editor and went to publish it I got an error message unable to save project So hours of work instantly gone Lastly I went in this morning to edit the saved draft of another project and when you click edit you get the project but zero ability to edit it

The customer service is a terrible communist style - you if forget to pay or some problems with a bank - they delete your account and your work SCAM
