I am 62 years old and had a bad experience with Detoit Axle Returns department c o Mike Musheinesh 4600 Riply Dr EL PASO TEXAS spoke with a young man by the name of ALEX which was not so polite by talking to him phone and also by the coments he made on Amazon Not only did they send me the wrong part the first time they also did it a second time accusing me of ordering the wrong part the first-time witch wasent so because the order they deprived me of the second order that was placed on 01-02-23 with Amazon Prime I accidently sent order 112-3167403-1108228 of 212 00 dls which belong to Mac Auto parts 315 boston post RD PORT CHESTER NY 10573-4701 and was told they dident receive it and stated that I had to file for lost package with FED EX they said the three boxes were diliverd on 01-26 -23 at 6 24pm now they tell me that if the items dident belong to them that they were disposed of and they also had my info my phone number MY order with Detroit Axel has not been good one order 112-5677115-7513032 WHAT HAPPEND TO HONESTY

I ordered wheel bearings through Amazon Prime and they arrived defective Amazon refused to honor the warranty and my Visa card wouldn t pursue a dispute I m now out 106 04 for defective parts

I Purchased New Rotors and Pads for my 2015 Subaru Forester Although the rotors appear to be ok the pads are absolute junk They are very poor quality and that was immediately evident with the squeaking and grinding noise I ended up replacing the pad with high quality Bosch Pads
