This company is terrible with the worst

This company is terrible with the worst customer service The shirts run very small and if you try to return it you have to pay to ship it to China and they still did not return my money

Very poor service

Very poor service It all looked great on their instagram I ordered a large and when it arrived it resembled an XS with the label cut out When trying to change for another size they tried to make me pay for return shipping to China Would not shop here

Be aware of buying online

Their product looks good on their website than originally Be aware of the size also Their size is way shorter than regular US size Return policy is also very complicated I ordered a shirt which was at least 2 size shorter than what I wear even though I bought XL

Avoid Diamio trust me

Avoid Diamio trust me I ordered a buonarotti shirt from diamio Followed all there instructions for measurements and ordered a shirt It took nearly 3 weeks to arrive from china The size is quite literally a 3rd of the size it should be and can would fit someone 20kg lighter I emailed diamio for a refund or return There answer was to give me 10 off my next order with them Can you believe it Rather than address the poor product they expect you to buy another one I emailed back saying no I want to return and they emailed back saying we don t return items we will give you a 10 refund instead Diamio is a scam avoid at all costs

Hi there be carful with this seller he trade from The States and the merchandise are shipped from Shanghai really poor poor quality not worth a penny I received a faulty item and he refuses to refund my money the shirt smell dogs or cats I am suspicious about animal welfare Please avoid Haythem

Be very careful Ordered a shirt using their sizing chart The shirt delivered whilst nice quality was several sizes too small The size label had also been cut out The return post cost was as much as the shirt costs I will not be buying anything from them again

Horrible

I received some clothes But the quality of the goods I got is horrible The materials are of the lowest grade possible and the shapes are terrible So terrible that it s unfit for wearing Furthermore my 5 goods where sent I 3 packages which ment I was to pay customs 3 times Making the customs fee 3 4 of the price of the awful clothes Don t go there it s a total waste of money

Ordered extra large Received a shirt that is more like extra small Cannot get on my body or fasten the buttons Extremely poor quality Loose threads everywhere Normally order large or extra large and close fit well I sent my measurements ahead of time and they told me to order extra large So misleading

Absolutely terrible company avoid at all costs Returns from the UK to US will cost you 25 which Diamio are not willing to cover and it does not state this on their website anywhere Very misleading
