Kaspersky is King

I purchase Kaspersky Internet security and I am impressed with what the software is doing now in my pc I highly recommend their company

I thought Pretty poor but actually not

Edited from a bad review to a good one I ordered a Lenovo laptop from the official Lenovo UK website Digital River handle things Decided to return the laptop the day after I received the goods as per my right Better price elsewhere Didn t open parcel Received a RMA number with email saying they will contact me by email with return instructions 7 days later still awaiting instructions Unfortunately I didn t notice the return instructions from TNT in my email Spam folder So it s actually my fault Return is now being initiated so I am happy I m only taking off one star because when I call Digital River in Ireland their phone call quality is terrible Five calls first three the call breakup was awful so calls had to be terminated Last two calls were only slightly better with constant periods of silence and dropouts There seems to be an issue at the Digital River end

Not as bad as some people say

After seeing the horror stories of poor customer service I was extremely nervous about ordering stuff from Lenovo Digital River however because it was the only place I could actually find the right laptop and at a price I wanted to pay I bit the bullet I placed my order and received both items the Laptop shipped from their UK distribution centre and a case from the Netherlands both arrived within their 1-2 Business working days DHL UPS both delivered on the days and times they said they would The Laptop looks great and so far so good Only criticism is the Business working days as items ordered at the weekend should still be delivered in 1-2 days rather than this

Digital River Great Parcelforce Not So Good

After being let down by a custom PC builder I decided to pull the trigger on a more expensive Lenovo Legion C7i laptop I ordered on Wednesday evening and it arrived on Friday one working day later My only gripe is that I noticed how much the Parcelforce driver chucked my box about when I looked on the Ring doorbell Luckily the packaging was great and the laptop seems to be working fine so far so no harm done at least it seems The laptop itself is great quality wise overall I m very happy

Relevant to FinlandWell service wasn t that bad for me ordered on last tuesday asked for cancelation on thursday because thought on changing the shop because i was going to my home country on wednesday on same evening the shipping was confirmed on friday it got to Tampere I live in Oulu and it stayed like this whole weekend and on monday today without any reminder UPS delivered it to me at 9 am So service was a lot better than my expectations but still not that good laptop seems to be fine so I guees overall it went very good

After a talk with their service department all issues are solved

Initially thought it was a scam but seems OK What do I like best 1 The issue was eventually resolved as I received a refund from the vendor 2 Excellent Reliable and Highly Flexible Platform Run By A World-Class Management Team

Better then they say

After i saw so many bad reviews i was a little worried i chose the wrong option I ordered the asus rog strix G15 on a sunday evening with my savings money from the ASUS NL BE estore After reading the 1 star reviews i thought i lost my money But no i got mails everyday with updates of where my package was Monday the next day i saw it was shipped to my country i recieved another update on tuesday morning the next next day in which they said my package was gonnan arrive wednesday That was in the delivery time A few hours later i saw that it changed to that tuesday itself And indeed i got my laptop that day 2 days after i ordered it Amazing service

Brilliant service - twice

Ordered a new Moto phone direct on Lenovo Ireland site last Monday afternoon My bank initially blocked transaction but I confirmed it was ok When I checked trustpilot and saw all the negative reviews my heart sank and feared the worst I needn t have worried confirmation of purchase received straight away Invoice emailed once shipped shipped Tuesday morning from Netherlands Tracking details allowed me to follow package Phone arrived Wednesday afternoon- 2 days as promised Credit card only debited for expected amount Fortunately I didn t have the negative experience many here had I will be keeping a close eye on my card just in case but so far I am a happy customer
