I had a problem with missed collections
I had a problem with missed collections so I emailed Customer Services Very quickly I received a reply from Chris Summerfield who immediately assigned a Case Number to my problem and took personal responsibility for sorting it out He even organised a special meeting about it He contacted the local supplier on several occasions on my behalf and was tireless in his efforts At all times he was courteous and friendly and replied quickly to my emails He definitely is a superb ambassador for Direct365
