The worst company I have ever dealt

The worst company I have ever dealt with avoid at all cost Purchased a trolley from them which fell apart within a fee weeks of using it When I contacted the company the manager Carl Cohan told me that I was lying and that it had been damaged by myself I explained how its hardly been used as been in lockdown for 4 months and he still insists I m lying no apology for the inconvenience at all He s then gone on to bully me for over 8 weeks He refused to pass me on to someone else to deal with and every email he sent back was very sarcastic He said he would replace the sides eventually and woukdnt let me deal with the company Another 2 weeks had passed so I tried chasing it up again just for him to say he s not going to bother as I said I wanted to deal with the company So now instead of being ready to start work next week he said he ordered it 2 weeks ago I now have to go order from another company and lose out on the 119 I paid for the trolley His customer service is non existent and seems to would rather send cocky replies back trying to get one up on you instead of dealing professionally with the matter Wasted so much of my time I wouldnt recommend at all

Stay away fake trimmers Do not come in original package and don t cut near as close as authentic ones

They sold goods they didn t have in

They sold goods they didn t have in stock and when I mentioned this was against trading standards I got the following reply Payment will be refunded please never purchase from us again

Avoid this company at all costs There customer service is so unprofessional I paid for next day delivery to when i emailed them two days later it will come the following week i still havent received my order as according to the company they have no control over delivery s actually getting to you next day

AVOID ordered scissors that then stopped cutting weeks later Was sarcastically told that me or my staff had broken them sent back for replacement but they were extremely badly sharpened then called again and spoke to Carl what a D told me they they clearly not the scissors for the job spoke to me like crap no refund took the scissors back and left out of pocket now gone legal DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY

Worst company I have ever dealt with the scissors I received did not work correctly felt as though they had been dropped I have given them 2 chances to repair them and they have come back exactly the same each time I ve had numerous conversations with Carl Cohen he seems to think I m making it up and there s nothing wrong with them He s now not returning any emails so I will be taking this up with trading standards Do not order from them

Total scam company Ordered hairdressing scissors I have previously bought numerous times from them I m left handed and made a mistake and ordered the right handed version I sent them back at my own expense and was told they have been used and sent my pictures of scissors that had been used but not mine as I can t use them as I m left handed they offered to fix the scissors for 20 TOTAL JOKEyou have been warned

AVOIDmy order was forgotten had to call to remind them I had paid when it arrived it was partially broken called immediately to advise them of the broken part they promised to send replacement and offered a small cash refund as apology Over 2 weeks later still no part and no refund I don t know if I m wasting my valuable time to call again as the reply will be as unreliable as before
