There was a foul up by the courier but Kevin s response in making it right was first class and left me more impressed than if nothing had gone wrong at all I m a very happy customer and will gladly buy again

Dispatched super quick same with delivery it was quick delivery they kept me updated throughout the whole thing too Haven t opened the bike yet as it s for my son s birthday so can t comment on that but I m sure it s great too

Went above and beyond Based in Northen Ireland and was let down locally for a birthday present Kev went out of his way to hand deliver a miracle overnight delivery to Northern Ireland from Shrewsbury Much appreciated

I recently purchased 2 bikes and was so impressed The service was amazing helping us select the right frame sizes and answering all our questions - nothing was too much trouble bikes are excellent - great quality Highly recommend to anyone

Discount Bikes DB deserved 5 stars all day for their Customer service alone which is 10 stars We bought a bike for my boy realised in the 6weeks since we had him measured he had grown and a 20 was now too small DB very helpful and accommodating Agreed to allow return and sent out a 24inch bike Through no fault of theirs the bike had a fault from the manufacturer Long story short could not rectify that with local bike shops So DB kindly arranged collection return and refund They were also very quick to respond to all correspondence Could have been very different and awkward with another vendor Great service

This company offers well priced bikes and provides great customer service I left it late to order a bike for my son s birthday the bike arrived in time but was unfortunately damaged by courier Kev from discounted bikes managed to get the damaged one collected and provide a replacement within two days so I still had a bike for his birthday Would highly recommend

Really good experience and helpful advice about the kids bikes Could go and try the bikes before we bought online which was great and delivery on our chosen day was brilliant Overall a spot on service and I would absolutely recommend Most importantly my daughter loves her new bike

I have ordered the wrong bike for my daughter The Discounted Bikes shop has immediately assisted me in correcting my mistake Another bike has been suggested which I have bought and I am happy with my new purchase The previous one has been sent back and the Refund immediately reached my bank account Thank you very much

Couldn t recommend Kev and Discounted Bikes - Shropshire any higher Communication was great on WhatsApp so easy to arrange and convenient Brilliant price same bike was a higher price in another local shop really good value for money Great to use a local family run company as well Will definitely be returning when this one is grown out of my son is going to be over the moon with his new bike

Brilliant service from start to finish communication was first class product excellent at a very affordable price Superb value for money and even followed up a few days later to check everything was OK what other supplier vendor does that Get yourself a bike off Kev you won t be disappointed
