I love the clothes I had to exchange for a different size and it was so quick as I needed the item for a trip And customer service was friendly and helpful So refreshing which is why I felt compelled to write this review Kudos to them

A brand that listens

I love DA because they truly appreciate every single person who has ever supported them and it shows in the way they create fun events for customers pop ups gift products and always ask for feedback on what they can improve I recently had the pleasure of being a model for them for their extended size XXXL and I felt so taken cared of and safe in that environment They listen and make sure you feel good every step of the way The products themselves are of SUCH good quality I can say that comparing to other brands who are not on the same level The items I own from DA feel so luxurious and I know they will hold up for a long time which is exactly what I look for when buying clothes My only feedback would be that some of the items in XXXL my usual size tend to run on the smaller side I would appreciate if the items were made more oversized or just run more on the larger true to size kind of side because this is the biggest size and us plus size peeps can t go up a size more I d rather be able to go down if I want something more snug Other than that I have zero complaints and truly am so grateful for this brand and all that they do I know they will always listen and improve and that is exactly why I continue supporting them

I ve been a customer since Matilda introduced the brand two years ago In full honestly wanted to write this review after I read all the bad reviews which in reality majority of the issues are a fault of the customer that they did not read that you will be charged customs upon delivery to the UK Brexit or that the return is for a fee usually brands do that so that you think twice before buying therefore more sustainable I order to the uk and eu and everytime time I had a hassle free experience as well as when returning If I d had any issues with my item or order the customer service team was always nice and quick with responding and resolving my issues They really care for you as a customer I m a size UK16 and as sizing can be tricky sometimes I am so happy that the items always fit me and the quality is amazing I would always recommend it to everyone and cannot be more proud to support it
