Fantastic well crafted stylish jewellery which my wife loved for Christmas and she can wear all the time The customer service was brilliant especially when I inadvertently bought two products separately rather than in the same order which meant I missed out on qualifying for the lovely free gift when spending over the specified amount I emailed and told them of my error and they kindly sent me the fabulous free gift which was also top quality One very happy wife at Christmas meant one husband out of the dog house

Fantastic customer service from Jecyl when wrong parcel was delivered and it contained birthday gifts Swift resolution and order resent for delivery I ve bought products from D Louise for a few years but the customer support has really set them apart from other brands

Best of the best for affordable jewelry
I purchased my jewelry in September 2022 I have hardly taken it off in that time The pieces are beautiful have never tarnished and are well made I recently noticed one of my necklaces has lost a couple of gems I emailed them a picture and within 24 hours they had a replacement necklace being sent to me Currently wearing 3 necklaces and 5 bracelets and will continue to purchase from D Louise Can t recommend them enough

Brilliant company
I love this company and have 6 items from them and my daughter has 4 items All are beautiful I wear them everyday and they all look perfect with no tarnishing even though I shower and swim with them on As well as amazing product their customer service is brilliant Very quick reply times and go over and above to help I will continue to add to my collection of their products so thank you for being just such an awesome company
