Excellent service

I will forever be grateful to Dunham McCarthy for the service they delivered to us when I was buying my first home We decided to buy at the height of the covid pandemic Banks were changing their lending criteria daily and there was a great deal of uncertainty Jonathan Sizer my assigned mortgage broker was absolutely brilliant He was super on top of things and always had really great insight on what was happening with the the mortgage market especially at a time when no one knew what was happening from one day to the next Throughout our mortgage search he was extremely reliable patient and always kept us up to date on how things were progressing once we had put our application in I would wholeheartedly recommend their services to anyone looking for mortgage services

Cannot recommend Dunham McCarthy enough for all their help and guidance throughout the process of buying our first home Couldn t do enough for us and were so accommodating they made this stressful journey just that little more easier for me and my fianc As this was our first time buying there were a lot of things we were unsure of and a lot of questions that we asked but we got all the answers in returnNicola helped us with our mortgage offer and Nathaniel with our insurances and both were equally as helpful as one and other as I m sure the rest of the team are All in all a fantastic experience and I cannot recommend enough

Where to start If you want your mortgage application approved then you should use DM Mortgages DM Mortgages really are a mortgage broker that you can trust I wasn t worried about anything knowing that they always had my best interests at the forefront of every decision made As soon as my offer on the property was accepted DM Mortgages got straight to work with the mortgage application which was submitted and approved in no time at all because they had already done their due diligence and mortgage in principle to ensure I met the lender s requirements They were confident that my mortgage application would be approved which it was Oh but it didn t stop there With the mortgage offer now in place DM mortgages got straight to work again providing me support with mortgage protection writing my will building and contents insurance income protection and many more As you can imagine the list is endless of things to do next DM mortgages have been with me every step of the way and it hasn t been stressful because this is a professional company who act accordingly at all times The whole process has been very smooth I would definitely recommend Nicola and Jonathan were amazing and I will be forever grateful for all their efforts
