Went to see Deborah today this is the 2nd time she has fitted a car seat for us Everything was explained really well demonstration of how to set up the seat and how it works Would highly recommend Deborah very knowledgeable and great after sales service also

Peace of mind with car poncho thanks DMB

Having followed DMB for a while now I know they supply good quality products with safety as a focus Now we re approaching winter I was trying to find items that would be warm but remain safe in the car I was thrilled to see DMB stocking a car poncho Great customer service from start to finish including a text message to confirm the order and delivery details Super happy with the item too it s absolutely perfect and it s well designed and fabricated My baby is safely harnessed and still snuggly warm in and out the car Thank you so much

A fantastic local business you can t beat this kind of personal one to one service From our first enquiry right through to after delivery fitting support Deborah was ever so helpful giving excellent advice on factors to consider when buying and then small tweaks to our install to make sure we had the best possible fit for our little girl We are delighted and would certainly use DMB again in future and highly recommend to others

Fantastic service

Deborah was super helpful in finding me a seat for my daughter we needed to upgrade from her infant carrier I had lots of questions which she was always happy to answer and gave me some great recommendations Delivery was super quick too really happy and recommend DMB car seats Thank you

First rate service

Deborah was excellent She s so knowledgeable and helpful We were struggling to find seats which were compatible with our van Deborah came to our house and let us try a few seats in our van We love the car seat she recommended Axkid minikid 4 She also came back out to our house and installed the seat for us which really filled us with confidence that the seat is safely installed Would definitely recommend her and wouldn t hesitate to use her services again

Not only did they have in stock exactly what I wanted the communication and personal support I received was brilliant I had a lot of questions as you do about car seats and safety and I received helpful timely answers to all of them I will absolutely be recommending to everyone
