Really efficient quick service provided Cost of EPC preparation is at top end of price scale but documents received quickly Email address name published in email From and To box just said Elgin so may need their published name updated to reflect company name better in correspondence

It s not a great experience getting a home report done as you do get a few home truths but that s exactly what there there for They arrived on time and I got my report on time couldn t ask any more

Very efficient office staff and surveyor very well presented and mannerly Also very diligent and concentrated to job in hand I was somewhat perplexed on some aspect and comments to proving insulation was installed and could I prove this ThanksMatthew

DM Hall were quick and responsive The Home Report was detailed and required only a couple of minor amends My only concern was finding out afterwards that the surveyor and my estate agent are best friends and miraculously the valuation came out at exactly what the estate agent said it would

We engaged DM Hall to create a Home Report in order to sell our house The surveyor called at precisely the time they had arranged and the survey was carried out in about an hour including a chat with us The draft copy of the survey came back to us the same afternoon which was fantastic and helped us to sell our house within 24 hours We had one tiny detail which we had to ask to be amended but it was very professionally handled from start to finish
