Their life time guarantee is legit My first harness kinda frayed away due to poor Stitching they replaced it The replacement harness cracked in the cold Michigan weather making it useless I have contacted doggykingdom and was assured once again that a new one was on the way It kinda sucks to once again wait for delivery but it s worth it My service dog Reba loves this harness and it s so easy for me to get it on her

Had to re-order the harness for the correct size but the other items purchased were as advertised and work well

Really like the way the harnesses fit our 2 dogs Easy to put on and no pull when walking The only problem is that they are easily chewed through Our newest dog that we have recently adopted chewed through the chest strap in minutes of putting it on We thought it was put on snug enough and never gave it a thought Our first one that we had for our first dog is great
