Ordered a vest February 2th have still not received it Reached out to David to tell him it has been sitting in orlando tended for delivery since march 11th was told to be patience delivery not quaranteed Reach out again to company to have them check with their shipper as to delivery time no response You decide if you want to deal with a company like this

I would not have ordered if knew were shipped from over seas

I ordered two separate orders on December 9th 2020 I asked about tracking and they gave me a company - HOWEVER little did I know my items were being shipped overseas and one tracking number said I wouldn t get the shipment until APRIL don t need the coats then I talked to chat left something on FB messenger as well as emailing All said my orders were on the way but didn t have any sort of timeline Unfortuneately these were Christmas gifts and I thought ordering by December 9th on one of their BIG promotions I am very very disappointed I understand why they don t put on their website their shipments come from overseas - I would never have ordered them

Keep your money

This company is not honest Their address is in FL yet you get a foreign transaction fee on your credit card from Austria There are no order cancellations and no refunds And it takes WEEKS to get your order because it s not coming from Fl it s coming from China Their products do not match their own sizing charts and if you want to exchange the product that doesn t fit because they didn t make it to specs YOU have to pay return shipping Please keep your money

The shipping information is very vague and not at all helpful

The shipping information is very vague and I have been trying to get the information about where exactly my order is coming from for a week now The tracking with USPS never updates and now they tell me it is leaving the country where it comes from today No one has any idea when it will arrive I am leaving the area and want to receive my 100 order but there are no real people to ask or information to receive

FRAUD BEWARE

The worst company I ve ever had the misfortune of dealing with The dog beds are misshapen cheaply made and look like they re straight from China don t even look like the photo undersized and these lunatics can t do math they say that 29 fully flattened is correct for a 31 dog bed They are unusable and they refuse to give a refund unless I post them back to Austria which is a joke DO NOT GIVE THESE PEOPLE YOUR MONEY For Chinese goods charged at full US market value Warning warning warning Can provide proof photos if required

Appalling

Appalling Comforter Beds don t look like beds they are flat as a pancake and undersized Customer service are rude and ignorant of basic civilities I will never shop here again Don t give these people your money

Bad bad bad

Ordered one singular glow in the dark patch on august 30th It is now Sept 13th and I still have yet to receive my product Emailed the company for them to say it was on the way 7 days ago - I checked the tracking and it s still not even in transit - 3 weeks for a piece of Velcro I could get off Amazon in a day is effing ridiculous I try to support vendors - but this one is not worth supporting - they have til the end of the week to get me my product or I ll be asking for a cancellation and a refund - do better update - it s sept 19th and I still don t have my package almost a month

This company is miserable

This company is miserable I placed an order and received basic shipping information Based on that information I submitted a question to customer service asking if the product was being shipped directly from China Wanted this information to estimate delivery time Response was that they had warehouses all over the world Okay that s nice but it didn t answer my question Asked again was provided a link to a spot on its website that says that most of its products are made in China Okay but again not an answer to my question so I asked again Response was to resend a prior response Really How hard is it to say yes this item was shipped directly from China

Horrible customer service

Horrible customer service there is no customer service Nobody to talk to and no answer to my email Dog jacket size was way too small when going by their sizing chart Will donate and be done with this phony company

Pool customer service

Are dog size was at the end of a medium and beginning of a large We asked what size to order and was told to look at the chart The chart said if the dog has a large chest order the large size When it arrived it was way to big I contacted the company to exchange for a medium size Was told all sales final No exchange Now I am stuck with a harness that I can t use
