Most people talk about great service which is true product arrived quickly I was taking a different brand of NMN before taking DoNotAge NMN Since taking their NMN and Resveratrol I feel like I have fallen from a very high cliff No motivation Low energy needing a sleep as soon as I get home I will order some NMN from my last supplier and see if it makes a difference At this point im not saying its no good I gust feel like crap since taking it 24 2 24As I cannot reply the the comment of DoNoAge I will do it here Firstly it was not a negative review of their product It may have been my reaction to it it may not I have now stopped taking it Their cert means nothing that cert may have been for a batch that could have been changed or tampered with though i very much doubt that is the case Just because you provided a cert it means nothing You did contact me but it was only to provide a cert I do not have an issue with the product or DoNotAge I have recommended them to friends It just was not good for me in any way what so ever An excerpt from the cert The aforementioned results on this report are representative of the samples submitted and may not be indicative of the entire manufacture batch and orlot

As full disclosure I buy routinely from 3-4 longevity focused supplement companies but have not yet used DoNotAge products so my review is mainly to voice few of my concerns from using website After considering buying from DoNotAge and reading all kinds of reviews on this and other sites I decided to order supplement I was researching Fisetin from a different company I felt DoNotAge website gave me as a viewer more of a feeling of a pushy street market vendor vs a health focused vitamin supplement company Site seems to insist on forcing subscriptions on users which since the dawn of Internet sales has been a RED FLAG trademark of food companies with bad reputation The site logic also appears to screen users for pre-basket sentiment and shift to subscription-only after few hours of idle time This was known algorithm to me as a software developer and I was saddened to feel that this and other factors clearly overshadowed their initially positive appeal and made me suspicious I have a feeling they are more positioning themselves as a reseller and not a educated promoter Their products may still be good but I cannot shake off this feeling and therefore decided to give another company a try with Fisetin first despite DoNotAge having more convenient dosage Unlike with other supplement based companies I also don t see biography of founders on the site their credentials How do I know they have solid industry experience and are not college age kids who happen to have design commercial websites How can I check their reputation within industry sources This is the first step for buying from any new supplement company Very basic stuff - education of founders who is on board of the company how many years they sell into health market The site appears to be not giving out any information which to me is a huge risk Remember - we put the supplements inside our bodies and will live with consequences Maybe company can address this concern and provide as much information on founders and their Pharma Supplement industry experience as I can see on most Pharma Vitamin company websites The extension ORG is also little strange Why would commercial company have a website of a non-profit Is it even legal This raised my immediate concerns Transparency is a key in any business In US this would not be possible so I think business owners may be based in a legislation with more lax legal controls or are able to short-cut some rules I may still come back as a customer if I read more positive reviews from neutral sources and not the ones company engages to to sell

They claimed their Sulforaboost is the most powerful sulforaphane boosting product in the world but they are not willing to disclose the exact content or lab test of the capsule I bought it based on trust of Dr Brad on Youtube

The product is good but they keep increasing the prices unfortunately that comes with a young CEO that money is more important I went somewhere else that have a much better price and does the same job Keep reading people don t let one company dictate the prices

I m happy that they provide independent certificates of their products I m also happy about a quick delivery However there are things that in my opinion would need to be addressed to completely satisfy their clients First is linked with the size of the box with pills It s too big more than 50 is empty Other companies like SupplementPlace use a flat hard plastic bottles which fit in the enveloppe That helps reduce the cost of the delivery but also helps protect the environment les plastic less cartons lest energy to transport the product The second advice I wanted to subscribe to their plan but I don t want an engagement of 1 year Instead I would prefer to have a 6 months contract It s less impacting for my budget since I could split the payment by half I think that there are more people who think like me Anyway I like their product and I wish them all the best Rob

I am a retired doctor The NMN etc seems to be genuine but the marketing is rather shady One serving of our Pure NMN capsules consists of 1000mg of pure nicotinamide mononucleotide NMN which is often used to boost NAD levels in the human body Each bottle contains 60 capsules - This implies without lying that each capsule is 1000mg and you get 60 of them In fact you get 500mg x 60 and they say to take 2 capsules a day Hence it is twice as expensive as one might think although still cheaper than my other supplier My other gripe although I am not ordering this is melatonin 300 micrograms The normal UK dose is 3mg so even if you take 2 of their tablets you only get 0 6mg I also think that high-street sales of melatonin are still banned in the UK The internet may get round this requirement but any GP can prescribe melatonin for people over 55

Order placed for near 1000 Received 27 04 but haven t actually started sending it Update they gave me incorrect DHL tracking info and link when it s being sent royal mail awaiting parcel still and it was apparently 24hr trackedUpdate 2 DoNotAge have since sent me 2 1 in error lots of free gifts and replaced my package that had gone missing It took a while to sort but it is resolved just a shame about all the complications Update 3 Having used DoNotAge again one of my items was out of stock Once spoken with Tom half my order was sent and a free gift added to the rest of my order once sent Tom and Samantha have been fantastic and earned another star for their continued help This is a good company

Revision I was contacted subsequent to posting the review below by a CSR making an effort to correct the situation and I have readjusted the rating accordingly Four stars only due to the hassle to get here ------------------I received empty capsules in three different products NR TMG GlyNac and was told to count the number of capsules because they include extras to compensate Since the discovery was made well after having begun using them exactly how would a capsule count of the remaining product have been relevant
