Dooney and Bourke is not the same
Dooney and Bourke is not the same company they were years ago They are on a steep decline as far as I m concerned As a Dooney lover for well over 25 years with an inventory of over 35 new and vintage handbags I have to say their quality and customer service are below sub-standard Plus they do not have trained people to process credit card payments properly How is it that a company like D B will ship a handbag to a customer without making sure the credit card number went through And then your audit team and collections department emails that customer 18 months later looking for payment Who does that Now that customer has to dig through months and months of credit card receipts to realize that the credit card transaction never happened Get your act together or you will lose if you haven t already new and long-term customers

Poor customer service
Poor customer service My daughter purchased a wallet for me for my birthday This was purchased in April 2023 By July it was coming unstitched so I started a repair ticket I received a response saying Thank you for reaching out to us regarding your repair request Unfortunately based on the photos you have submitted we are unable to provide repair services so I replied Based on the photos Can you not see where it has pulled out of that stitching Then I received a 2nd response Thank you for your email Unfortunately we are unable to repair your wallet So 100 on a Florentine wallet And absolutely no way to get them to fix it Won t be purchasing dooney and bourke ever again

Don t expect ANY communication I ordered a bag a month ago and
I ordered a bag a month ago and received no communication whatsoever after the confirmation of my order The website continued to say my order was processing When I finally gave up and reached out to them they told me the item was out of stock and that they would be canceling my order and the hold on my credit card within a few business days Seriously I guess they would have never contacted me and the hold would have been there forever if I hadn t contacted them Save yourself a headache and shop somewhere with actual customer service

Worst customer service ever
Worst customer service ever I have placed a total of 3 orders One handbag shipped within a reasonable timeframe One was back ordered but I never was notified so I called several times and finally cancelled that order The third is the real nightmare Package was delivered to wrong address I reported it to UPS and D B Neighbor finally returned home and brought me the package I called D B and they charged me for the order all good right Nope now there is another pending charge After a long and painful phone call I still do not have a good explanation or a warm fuzzy that the pending charge will drop Do not order from D B directly their customer service is awful and communication is worse

Husband bought me the pebble hobo purse
Husband bought me the pebble hobo purse for Christmas 2 months in I noticed the stitching coming out of the right side handle and then a month ago it lost a rivet on the top of the strap so now just have a sharp bottom of river sticking out Have tried contacting customer service and support several times and have had little response This is the poorest run company I ve ever dealt with and a promise to never return this is not my first dooney product but the promise it will be my last

I own several Dooney handbags and love them I recently purchased a handbag on line and I put faith in the description that is stated I received the bag yesterday and not as described The description was as follows 9 3 4 high X 6 deep x 10 wide These measurements are wrong The bag is only 7 high X 4 deep The width at 10 is correct Loosing almost 3 in height and another 2 in depth makes a big difference when it pertains to a small bag I called customer service and was told I could return it however they would not refund the 15 in shipping charges I originally paid I haven t returned it yet as I m hoping to reach a supervisor this Monday 5 15 Horrible company

I made the mistake of buying a bag via global shipping for United Kingdom delivery The bag arrived scratched dented from factory as it was nicely packed clearly poor quality control Returns are a nightmare they don t responded I am still waiting for a international return label and chats emails are useless they asked me to start returns web and web states order not recognised you email chat for help and they don t respond Disgraceful customer services they make you go in circles I am now stuck with a scratched dented bag Do Not Buy online Worse they bombard me daily with marketing emails and you can even unsubscribe Absolutely the worst company ever

Worst customer experience ever
Worst customer experience ever My shipment has been stuck and label created for five days now I work in customer service and I know that that s not normal it means that UPS hasn t received the shipment and it s probably somewhere lost in the warehouse I ve called chat several times and every time I m told to either wait or someone else will get back to me but no actual resolve I just want what I ordered I should ve gone to a store instead D B you need to equip your agents better so they are actually able to assist people

I bought a purse and i received it damaged Dooney would not let me return it but they want me to pay and ship it back for repair The returns have to be in perfect condition but they don t sell the same Customer Service is not accommodating at all
