Order came quickly Well packaged and exactly what I ordered I ordered from them because Royal Copenhagen STILL has not responded to my email inquiring for a plate That was almost a month ago now Within about a week from ordering with DPH I had my plate in hand in Canada

I have never dealt with an overseas company that looks after me so well Given the time of year that being so close to Christmas I m totally amazed at how fast that my order for the B G Christmas Plate was taken care of and shipped in a very timely manner The email I sent on the 28th of November was processed immediately and I received the plate on the 5th of December The only negative observance that I had was having to pay duty fees to the Canadian Government which I don t remember paying that in previous years Apart from that DPH Trading is a superb institution to deal with and I will always place future orders with them and pass the word on to friends and family
