Customer support I have used several different software packages and Drake is the 5-star out of all The customer support is the best I have ever used Even difficult problems are completed and answered in a timely manner Software works incredibly well and is sufficient for my practice I have to do a few overrides but not many and so far very few mistakes in the software that are not quickly corrected Thank you Drake

I have been using Drake Software for 25 years It is very user friendly Each field has a help field for easily navigating data entry The support staff is phenomenal They always answer and if they can t find the answer right then they research it and call you back promptly I love that they strive to provide the best product with up to date tax law and that they are a Christian owned company with values that reflect great customer service
