DON T ORDER ANY PRODUCTS FROM THIS SCRUPULOUS COMPANY I am on hold at this very moment with the order department to CANCEL the order going through this very minute this morning that was notified to me by e-mail that it was going through this morning The order that takes TWO 2 DAYS to process and this just happened this morning without prior knowledge to me that this was going to happen I freaked out because I am unemployed and caring for my mother and your company took 200 from my account and now I only have 540 left to pay bills This transaction has NOT POSTED and can be reversed The shipment has not gone out I have called this morning at 9 00 a m and spoke with Connie who stated that it was TOO LATE -- SORRY Really Too late too bad so sad Is that how you have your assistants conduct business I am totally appalled at these series of events this morning When I called back again I was on hold from 9 27 to 9 40 and finally the call was answered by Brandon and because I requested the assistance of a manager I was put on hold again And then all of a sudden the call just happens to get disconnected I was on hold for 10 full minutes beforehand and then to have to dial back again Now I am on hold again with Brandon He took my info and stated that Chet will call me within the hour While on the phone with Brandon an unidentified call came in but I didn t switch over because this call with Brandon is important The call ended with Brandon and I listened to a call that was apparently from Chet the hard-to-get-ahold of manager He stated that he could not cancel the order I called back again for the fifth time and spoke with Jennifer A call came in at the same time I switched over immediately thinking that this could be Chet and it was Chet stated that he could not cancel the order as it was a computer GENERATED order -- even though it says that it takes TWO DAYS to process I am disbelieving that this could not be taken care of amicably this morning without having to go through shipments to and from costs on your end and the not yet posting of the withdrawal from my bank Now with your 200 withdrawal from my bank account I have only 540 left and no income coming in So I am very upset to say the least The 200 is in processing mode and has not POSTED yet I called my bank and even the bank could not understand why it could not be canceled This whole event has left a bad taste in my mouth for your company s unprofessionalism Signed Very disappointed in this unprofessional company

DO NOT BUY THESE PRODUCTS
In my opinion with my experience DO NOT BUY THESE PRODUCTS This program is a JOKE They do not honor their products nor the promises made on their video I paid 215 27 and found out I had an adverse reaction to their products My fingers and gums broke out in cracks I stopped taking this for three weeks to see if I cleared up it did So in all fairness I tried it again to see if it was product or something else and sure enough broke out again I called customer service to explain the situation and to return the product Second joker they Said they could issue me a credit for additional product REALLY I do not think so That was all they could do Additionally they were so rude I do not see how Dr Axe and Jordan could keep them on staff The product does not do what Dr Axe and Jordan Promised Furthermore outrageous prices I told them to have Dr Josh Axe call me They replied they did not know him This was after I had talked to three of their personnell I told her she best be looking for a new job

I ordered quite a few products in July because I was going to try Keto I didn t start until about a month ago The supplements are the best but the three containers of Bone Broth Protein are awful They are vanilla and salted caramel and sweet tastes should not go into bone broth So I called and a CS assoc told me I could send them back and would be refunded for all A few days later I got an email from someone else who said their warranty was 60 days and I was out of warranty I am not happy that product is disgusting And I was first told they would and then not That vile product should never have been sold in the first place They do not stand behind their products Shame on them that is not the way to handle a business

They don t put the customer first or honor their codes
Had 118 worth of product in my cart There was a 15 promo stating Storewide 10 12-10 18 Promo wouldn t take 1 for support would just hang up I informed them of this Other I told the guy I have a print screen of the promotion he said it s a website error only certain products were eligible None of the products I had were eligible So I asked for a discount for them to make good on my reason for shopping He said NO Never will I purchase any products from this site
